ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը փաստաբան Վահագն Գրիգորյանի հետ հիմնել է «Իրավական կրթություն եւ վերահսկողություն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը․ այս մասին նա հայտնել է ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում․

«Բացում եմ փակագծերը ...

Խոստմանս համապատասխան՝ ներկայացնում եմ իմ հետագա հասարակական գործունեության մանրամասները։ Գործընկերոջս՝ տաղանդավոր իրավաբան, ի.գ.թ. փաստաբան Վահագն Գրիգորյանի հետ հիմնադրել ենք «Իրավական կրթություն եւ վերահսկողություն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, որի հիմնական նպատակն է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների եւ իրավունքի գերակայության ամրապնդումը։

Այս նպատակին հասնելու համար կան տարբեր ուղիներ, սակայն մենք ընտրել ենք ամենաառանցքայինները՝ կրթությունը եւ վերահսկողությունը։

Հենց այս տրամաբանությամբ էլ կառուցված է մեր լոգոն՝ դիտարկելով կրթությունը եւ վերահսկողությունը որպես միմյանցից բխող ու փոխլրացնող տարրեր, քանի որ կրթությունն է այն ամուր հենասյունը, որը թույլ է տալիս բարձրացնել ճիշտ հարցեր, տալ օբյեկտիվ, անաչառ գնահատականներ կատարվող իրադարձություններին։

Մեր գործունեության ուղղությունները բազմաթիվ են, մենք լինելու ենք ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում, վերահսկելու ենք պետական յուրաքանչյուր մարմնի, յուրաքանչյուր պաշտոնյայի այն գործունեությունը, որը կարող է վտանգել մարդու իրավունքները, ժողովրդավարության եւ իրավունքի գերակայությունը։

Հ.Գ. 1 Ներկայում արդեն աշխատում ենք մեր առաջին զեկույցի վրա, որը մարտի սկզբին հասանելի կլինի, եւ կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ իր բովանդակությամբ եւ քննարկման դրված հարցերի ու լուծումների համապարփակությամբ եզակի է։
