ECONOMICSԿառավարության ծրագրում մենք հայեցակարգային հակասության խնդիր ունենք։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով Կառավարության 2019-2023 թթ․ ծրագրին, ասաց ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի տնտեսական հետազոտությունների գրասենյակի ծրագրերի համակարգող, տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը։
«Կառավարության ծրագրի գաղափարական հիմքը «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի նախընտրական ծրագիրն է, սակայն դրանում էլ հետևողական ուրվագծված հիմք չենք տեսնում»,-ասաց Թ․ Ավետիսյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Կառավարությունն ունի բնակչության համար արժանապատիվ կյանք ապահովելու նպատակ, սակայն ծրագրում ուրվագծված չեն դրա համար անհրաժեշտ լուծումներ։ «Եթե մարդն ունի իր համար, իր ընտանիքի համար չլուծված խնդիրներ, երջանկության ոչ այնքան ընկալում, ապա այլ բան չպետք է անի, քան ինքն իրեն մեղադրի, այլ ոչ օրվա իշխանություններին»,-նշեց նա։
Թեև Կառավարությունը ծրագիրը բնութագրում է ներառական, սակայն այն չի պարունակում սոցիալական ապահովման մի շարք բնագավառներ․ «Ասում են՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխություն, ներառականություն, բայց լուծումները չեն ուրվագծում:
Տնտեսագետը նշում է՝ բազմազավակ ընտանիքների աջակցումը ոչ թե ծրագրային կարգախոս պետք է լինի, այլ պետության սահմանադրական պարտավորությունն է։
