Երկու շաբաթ շարունակ մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչները հնարավորություն ունեին առցանց ծանոթանալու և ներկայացնելու իրենց դիտողություններն ու առաջարկները Երևանի 2018թ. զարգացման ծրագրով իրականացված աշխատանքների և բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունների մասին:

 

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կազմակերպված հանրային բաց լսումներին մասնակցեցին անհատ քաղաքացիներ, նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

 

«Վերջին ամիսներին քաղաքապետարանի կողմից կատարվող աշխատանքները նկատելի են և գնահատելի: Սակայն քաղաքային խնդիրները միայն քաղաքային իշխանության ուսերին պետք է չլինեն: Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրն իր չափով պետք է մասնակցի դրանց լուծմանը»,- նշել է քննարկման մասնակից Վահե Գարոյանը:

 

Պատասխանելով քաղաքացիների՝ վթարային շենքերի խնդրի վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Հայկ Սարգսյանը նկատեց, որ մայրաքաղաքում առկա ավելի քան 6000 բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերից այս պահին առկա տեղեկատվությամբ 4-րդ կարգի վթարային է շուրջ 10-15 շենք:

 

«Այս խնդիրը քաղաքապետարանը միայն իր միջոցներով չի կարող ամբողջությամբ լուծել: Անհրաժեշտ են բավական մեծ միջոցներ: Առկա բնակարանային ֆոնդից առաջիկայում բնակարաններ կհատկացվեն Արցախի փողոցի 4-րդ նրբանցքի հանրակացարանային շենքերի բնակիչների վերաբնակեցման համար: Ցավոք, դրանով, մեր բնակարանային ֆոնդը կսպառվի»,-նշել է Հայկ Սարգսյանը:

 

Անդրադառնալով կառուցված թեքահարթակների թերություններին՝ փոխքաղաքապետը նկատեց, որ խնդրին քաջատեղյակ է և այդ իսկ պատճառով այս տարի ծրագրում հստակ նշվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր չափորոշիչները: Զգուշացվել են նաև շինարարական կազմակերպությունները: Լրացուցիչ առաջարկներ ունենալու դեպքում Հայկ Սարգսյանը խնդրեց դրանք փոխանցել աշխատակազմին:

 

 

 

 

 

Հանրային քննարկման ընթացքում քաղաքացիները ներկայացրեցին նաև քաղաքային տնտեսության վերաբերյալ մի շարք այլ հարցեր:

 

Մասնավորապես «Արդյո՞ք առկա են բյուջեում բավարար միջոցներ՝ վերելակային հիմնախնդիրը լուծելու համար» հարցի առնչությամբ փոխքաղաքապետն ընդգծեց, որ վերելակների պատշաճ շահագործման համար միջոցներ կան: Ինչ վերաբերում է վերելակների փոխարինման ծրագրին, ապա այն նախատեսվում է առաջիկա տարիների համար և այլ միջոցների ներգրավմամբ: Հարցերը նաև մշակութային միջոցառումների կազմակերպման, բակային տարածքների բարեկարգման, ստորգետնյա ավտոտնակների կառուցման և ապօրինի շինությունների քանդման մասին էին:

 

Քաղաքացիներից մեկն էլ առաջարկեց քաղաքի կենցաղային անվտանգության խնդրին ուշադրություն դարձնել:

 

Ամփոփելով քննարկումը՝ Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետը նկատեց, որ քաղաքային ծրագրերում այսուհետ կարևոր շեշտադրում է արվելու աշխատանքների որակին, ինչը տեսանելի կլինի նաև բնակիչների համար: Առաջիկայում հաշվետվությունների նախագծերը կներկայացվեն Երևանի քաղաքապետին կից Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման հնգամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի, այնուհետ Ավագանու քննարկմանը:
