«Շեֆ, ամեն ինչ լավ է». արդյո՞ք բան է փոխվել
SOCIETYՎերջին շրջանում ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակում կարելի է ականատես լինել իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների ու իշխանության համակիրների գրառումների, որոնց հիմնական խորագիրը կարելի է ձևակերպել այսպես՝ «ոնց թե բան չի փոխվել»: Այս միտման մեկնարկը տվեց Լենա Նազարյանը, երբ հանդես եկավ ծավալուն գրառմամբ՝ թվարկելով կառավարության ձեռքբերումներն ու հարց ուղղելով՝ արդյո՞ք բան չի փոխվել: Միտման հիմնական քաշող ուժն ամեն դեպքում Փաշինյանն է, որն իր էջում անընդհատ վիճակագրական տարատեսակ ցուցանիշներ է հրապարակում: Իսկ անցնող շաբաթ էլ ընդդիմադիր ուժերից մեկին արձագանքելով էր զարմանում, թե «ոնց հեղափոխություն չի եղել»:
Այս իրավիճակը մոտավորապես հիշեցնում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից գաղջ մթնոլորտի հիշատակումը, որում նա մեղադրում էր լրատվամիջոցներին՝ տողատակում ակնարկելով՝ արդյո՞ք լավ բան երկրում չի կատարվում: Խոսակցություններ կան, որ կառավարման վերջին շրջանում Սարգսյանը հանձնարարել էր համապատասխան օղակներին իրեն զեկուցել ոչ միայն վատ, այլև լավ ինֆորմացիան:
Ինչ–որ առումով լավը տեսնելու հորդորները հասկանալի են: Ի վերջո, որևէ կառավարություն, նույնիսկ ամենաանարդյունավետը, գրանցում է որոշակի հաջողություններ ու ցանկանում է, որ դրանք նույնպես արձանագրվեն: Բայց հասարակական ընկալումը արձանագրում է մեծամասամբ բացասականը: Սա հոգեբանական իմաստով նորմալ դրսևորում է: Վատը ավելի նկատելի է, քան լավը:
Խնդիրը լավի և վատի մասշտաբների միջև է: Եթե լավն ու վատը սահմանափակվում են բացառապես առանձին լուրի մակարդակում, ոչ թե համակարգային փոփոխությունների, ապա վատը միշտ ունենալու է առավելություն: Եթե փոխվում է լավի ու վատի չափման տիրույթը, իշխանությունը սկսում է իր դեմ հրամցվող վատին արձագանքել ոչ թե այսրոպեական լավ ինֆորմացիայով, ու սևեռվում է համակարգային փոփոխությունների վրա, ապա վատը, նույնիսկ միտումնավոր արտադրվող ու գեներացվող վատը, շանս չունի:
