ԱԱԾ-ում հարուցված քրեական գործով ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբայր Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանը մեղադրվում է խարդախության մեջ։ Այս մասին ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց փաստաբան Միհրան Պողոսյանը՝ նշելով, որ խոսքը դեռևս հուլիսին Սարգսյանների տանը խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերված Մարտիրոս Սարյանի գծանկարների գործի մասին է:
Նշենք, որ Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին
Պողոսյանը չմեկնաբանեց այսօր տարածված տեղեկությունը, թե Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանը 18,5 միլիոն դոլար է փոխանցել պետբյուջե՝ նշելով, որ դա նախաքննական գաղտնիք է: Սակայն նկատենք, որ վարչապետի խոսնակ Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը հաստատել է տեղեկությունը:
«Եթե իրենք հաստատել են, թող իրենք էլ ասեն, թե ինչ հիմքերով է գործ հարուցվել: Իմ պաշտպանյալին ներկայացված մեղադրանքն անհիմն ու ապօրինի է: Ես դա պնդում եմ հուլիս ամսից և բնականաբար Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանը չի ընդունում մեղադրանքը: Այս պահին ունենք բողոքարկված քննիչի որոշումներ, դատախազի մերժումներ, այդ տրամաբանությամբ շարժվում ենք առաջ»,- նշեց փաստաբանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018-ի հուլիսի 4-ին ԱԱԾ-ն խուզարկել էր Սարգսյաններին պատկանող տարածքները: Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի բնակարանում խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերել էր գումար, թմրանյութ և Մարտիրոս Սարյանի նկարներ, որոնք Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ստացել է Մարտիրոս Սարյանի ժառանգներից մեկի վստահությունը չարաշահելով: Դրանից հետո Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանը բերման էր ենթարկվել ԱԱԾ և հարցաքննվել որդու՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի կողմից Մարտիրոս Սարյանի 14 գծանկարների հափշտակության մասին մեղադրանքների առնչությամբ:
