Ձերբակալվել է «Ճամբարակի անտառտնտեսության» երկու անտառապետ
SOCIETY«Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Ճամբարակի անտառտնտեսության» տարբեր անտառպետությունների պահաբաժիններում կատարված ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է երկու անտառապետ:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից մինչեւ 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Ճամբարակի անտառտնտեսության» տարբեր անտառպետությունների պահաբաժիններից ապօրինի հատվել են թվով 504 տարբեր տեսակի ու տրամաչափի ծառեր՝ պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 85.749.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 315-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Ճամբարակի անտառտնտեսության» մասնաճյուղի պաշտոնատար անձինք պատշաճ չեն իրականացրել իրենց պարտականությունները:
Մասնավորապես՝ իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, ծառայողական պարտականությունները չկատարելով՝ անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից եւ խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ ծառայության նկատմամբ դրսեւորել են անբարեխիղճ ու անփույթ վերաբերմունք:
Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, ապօրինի ծառահատումներ կատարվելու, պաշտոնեական անփութության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Ճամբարակի անտառտնտեսության» մասնաճյուղի «Գետիկի» եւ նույն մասնաճյուղի «Դպրաբակի» անտառպետության երկու անտառապետեր:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքի հանգամանքների լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ եւ բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
