«Հարգելի պարոն Վարչապետ, վերջերս շատ քննադատվեց և մեծ արձագանք ստացավ որոշ պաշտոնյաների պարգևավճարների հարցը։ Սակայն, իրականում, այդ հարցն այնքան չի հուզում մեզ ու, վստահ եմ, ողջ հայ ժողովրդին, ինչքան մեր հայ սպաների աշխատավարձի հարցն է։ Այսօր իրենց կյանքի գնով սահման պահող և զորամասերում ծառայող սպաները հայրենիքի սահմաններն ամուր պահելուց բացի, մտածում են, թե իրենց ստացած աշխատավարձով իրենց ընտանիքները պահե՞ն, թե՞ վարկերը մարեն։ Չհաշված այն, թե ինչպես շատ շրջաններում, առիթից օգտվելով, թանկացնում են սնունդը և ոչ միայն՝ վստահ լինելով, որ, միևնույն է, ուրիշ ելք չունենալով՝ սպաներն օգտվում են տեղի խանութներից։ Ինչո՞ւ պատգամավորները, նախարարներն ու նրանց տեղակալներն այսօր, շնորհիվ մեր հայ սպաների և զինվորների, կարողանում են հանգիստ աշխատել, նրանց լուսացրած գիշերների շնորհիվ՝ հանգիստ քնել, և ստանալ գրեթե կրկնակի աշխատավարձ և պարգևավճարներ։ Խնդրում ենք վերանայել սպաների աշխատավարձերի չափը և այս հարցին լուծում տալ, քանի որ նրանցից է կախված մեր ներկան և ապագան։ Նախապես շնորհակալություն:
