INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻնձ համար կարևոր է մի հարց՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը տալի՞ս է Հայաստանին մանդատը՝ պայքարել Արցախի բանակցային կողմ լինելու ֆորմատը վերականգնելու համար։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը։
«Ես անձամբ զրույցներ եմ ունեցել Արցախի պաշտոնյաների հետ, և նրանք ընդունում են դա։ Եվ ոչ միայն ընդունում են, նրանք շատ անհրաժեշտ են համարում։ Ինձ համար դա է կարևորը»,-ընդգծեց պատգամավորը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ պարզապես քայլ չէ՝ դարձնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը բանակցային կողմ. կա հայեցակարգ։ «Մինսկի խմբի կողմից ընկալվում են այս հայտարարությունները։ Գոնե եթե չեն ընդդիմանում, մեզ չեն մեղադրում, դիվանագիտական լեզվով կարելի է ասել՝ ընկալելի է, եթե ոչ ընդունելի։ Ադրբեջանն էլ կտրուկ քայլեր չի անում»։
Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը նաև շեշտում է՝ մենք գտնվում ենք ոչ թե բանակցությունների փուլում, այլ բանակցությունների պատրաստման փուլում. «Այս ընթացքում, երբ կողմերը պատրաստվում են բանակցությունների, լրիվ տրամաբանական է, որ այս նոր ձևաչափի մեջ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը լինի բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ»։
Պատգամավորը նաև նշում է՝ Ադրբեջանը, համաձայնելով մասնակցել Մինսկի խմբի բանակցություններին, ընդունում է Արցախի բանակցային կողմ լինելը. «Ի վերջո, ինչքան էլ Ադրբեջանը փորձում էր ցույց տալ, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կոնֆլիկտը Հայաստանի հարձակման հետևանքով եղած իրավիճակ է, չհաջողվեց»։
