Հայ ժողովուրդը ֆրանսիացիների կողքին է ու դատապարտում է ահաբեկչությունները: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյան Օհանյանը, ով մասնակցում էր Մուսա լեռան հերոսամատի հարյուրամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներից մեկին: «Գտնում ենք, որ այսպիսի պահերին ոչ թե պետք է հուսահատվենք, այլ միջազգային հանրությունը, քաղաքական առաջադեմ բոլոր ուժերը պետք է համախմբվեն միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի շուրջ: «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչության խմբավորման դեմ պայքարը, որն այսօր մղվում է առաջատար պետությունների կողմից, անհրաժեշտություն է»,-ասաց Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Նրա խոսքով` մեր պատմության փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ դժվար պահերին հայ ժողովուրդը Ֆրանսիայի հետ է եղել, իսկ ֆրանսիացիները մեր ողջ պատմության ընթացքում հայ ժողովրդին աջակցել են: «Մուսա լեռան հերասամարտն ու դրանից հետ ո բոլոր զարգացումները ցույց են տալիս, որ Ֆրանսիան գրկաբաց ընդունել է հայ ժողովրդին: Այսօր էլ մեր պետական հարաբերությունները` թե քաղաքական, թե ռազմական առումով, բարձր մակարդակի վրա են»,-ավելացրեց պաշտպանության նախարարը:
Փարիզում ահաբեկչության զոհ է դարձել, տարբեր տվյալներով 120- 153 մարդ,որոնցից 112-ը մահացել է «Բատակլան» համերգային սրահում: Ֆրանսիայիդատախազությունն առայժմ հաստատել է 120 զոհի փաստը: Երկրում հաստատվել էարտակարգ դրություն, հայտարարվել խիստ վերահսկողություն պետականսահմանների նկատմամբ: Ահաբեկչությունից ժամեր անց նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը հրավիրել է արտակարգ խորհրդակցություն: Նա ահաբեկչության ծավալներնաննախադեպ է անվանել:
