SOCIETYՄանվել Գրգորյանի վիճակը կայուն է, դրական միտումներով։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Նաիրի» ԲԿ-ի տնօրեն Անատոլի Գնունին՝ նշելով, որ իրենք չեն որոշում, թե Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կշարունակի բուժումը բժշկական կենտրոնում, թե կտեղափոխվի ՔԿՀ։
«Արդարադատության նախարարությունն է որոշում, մենք չենք որոշում, թե կշարունակի բուժումը հիվանդանոցում, թե՝ ոչ։ Ամեն դեպքում միտումներ կան իր շաքարային դիաբետի կայունացման առումով, սա ինտենսիվ բուժման ֆոնի վրա հնարավոր եղավ»,- ասաց նա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019թ. հունվարի 22-ին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արսեն Նիկողոսյանը բավարարել էր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության բողոքն ու որոշում կայացրել կրկին կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։
ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավորը կալանավորվել է 2018թ. հունիսի 19-ին`Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մարինե Մելքոնյանի որոշմամբ:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի եւ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործից անջատված մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։
Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է կնոջ, որդու եւ այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր ձեռք բերելու, փոխադրելու եւ իրենց պատկանող երեք տներում պահելու համար։ Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է նաև կնոջ՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, որդու՝ Արման Գրիգորյանի օժանդակությամբ 2014-2017թթ ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ու Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից ԵԿՄ հասարակական կազմակերպությանը հանձնված պարենային ապրանքների ու հանդերձանքի յուրացման համար։ Խոսքը առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 101.232.917 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ գույքի մասին է։
Բացի այդ՝ նախկին պատգամավորին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, ինչպես նաև՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքի շորթման համար։
Գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։
