Տավուշի զարգացումը մեր կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից է․ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ներկայացրել է Տավուշի մարզպետին

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր Տավուշի մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներին, հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, համայնքների ղեկավարներին է ներկայացրել նորանշանակ մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանին։

Ողջունելով մարզային և համայնքային պատասխանատուներին՝ նախարար Պապիկյանը շնորհավորել է նրանց կառավարության բարձր վստահությունը վայելող մարզպետ ունենալու կապակցությամբ և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ կառավարություն-տարածքային կառավարում-համայնք եռակողմ սերտ համագործակցության ապահովման ու արդյունավետ աշխատանքի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի օրեցօր ավելի լավը դարձնել Հայաստան աշխարհի այս կարևոր անկյունը։

«Տավուշի զարգացումը մեր կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից է, և այժմ եկել է ժամանակը, որպեսզի մենք միասին գործնականում կյանքի կոչենք այն բոլոր իղձերն ու ցանկությունները, որոնք մշտապես  հնչեցվել են տարբեր ամբիոններից»,-ասել է Սուրեն Պապիկյանը և հավելել, որ կառավարությունն ունի այդ ամենն իրագործելու համար բավարար քաղաքական կամք։

Մարզի զարգացման գործում նախարարն  առանցքային է համարել համայնքապետերի համակարգված, պատասխանատու և հետևողական աշխատանքը ու միաժամանակ ընդգծել, որ համայնքներում ներդրումային գրավչության բարձրացումը մեծամասամբ պայմանավորված է ընթացակարգերի պարզեցմամբ և հողային ռեսուրսների նպատակային կառավարմամբ։

Սուրեն Պապիկյանն  անդրադարձ է կատարել նաև համայնքների խոշորացման գործընթացին և նկատել, որ բարեփոխման բուն նպատակը ստվերի կրճատումն ու համայնքային ռեսուրսների կենտրոնացված և ճիշտ օգտագործումն է։ Իսկ այդ ճանապարհին, ըստ նախարարի, չափազանց կարևոր է համայնքների ողջ ներուժը ընդգրկող զարգացման պրոֆեսիոնալ ծրագրերի կազմումը։

Ավարտելով իր խոսքը՝ նախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորել է Հայկ Չոբանյանին պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ՝ նրան մաղթելով  արգասաբեր աշխատանք։ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև նախկին մարզպետ Վահե Ղալումյանին կատարած աշխատանքի համար և հաջողություններ մաղթել նրան օրենսդիրում։

Մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանն իր հերթին  շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գործադիրին պարտավորեցնող վստահության համար և նշել,  որ մարզի զարգացման գործում գերազանցություն հնարավոր կլինի ապահովել միայն համատեղ ու միասնական աշխատանքի միջոցով։
