«Ով ուժեղ է, նա էլ ճիշտ է». Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Արցախի հիմնահարցի՝ ուժի միջոցով լուծման տարբերակը միշտ էլ օրակարգային է իրենց համար
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ Արցախի հակամարտության շուրջ բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ ներկայի մոտեցումը Բաքվի համար անընդունելի է:
Ինչպես գրում է ադրբեջանական «Թրենդ» գործակալությունը, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը նաև շեշտել է, որ հարցի՝ ուժի միջոցով լուծման տարբերակը միշտ էլ օրակարգային է իրենց համար:
«Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ Հայաստանի նոր իշխանությունները սկզբնական փուլում հանդես էին գալիս այնպիսի հակասական հայտարարություններով, թե Ադրբեջանը պետք է բանակցություններ վարի ոչ թե Հայաստանի, այլ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ: Մենք, իհարկե, միանգամից մերժեցինք այդ հակասական ու անհասկանալի հայտարարությունները: Միջնորդ երկրները, իհարկե, նույնպես չէին կարող համաձայնվել նման դիրքորոշման հետ», - ասել է Ալիևը:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահը դրական է գնահատել երկու երկրների արտգործնախարարների մակարդակով վարվող բանակցությունները՝ նշելով, որ իրենք հույս ունեն, որ դրանք կլինեն արդյունավետ:
«Մյուս կողմից՝ ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ այսօր աշխարհում առաջին պլանում է ուժի գործոնը: Տեսեք, աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում կոպտորեն խախտվում է միջազգային իրավունքը: Եթե նախկինում դա փորձում էին որոշակի ձևով թաքցնել, ապա այսօր դրա կարիքն էլ չեն տեսնում: Այսօր աշխարհում թագավորում է «Ով ուժեղ է, նա էլ ճիշտ է»: Դա է նոր իրականությունը: Մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք դրան: Աշխարհը փոխվում է, և մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք այդ փոփոխությանը»,- ասել է Ալիևը՝ հավելելով, որ «բարեբախտաբար, մենք արդեն երկար տարիներ ամրապնդում ենք մեր տնտեսական ու ռազմական հզորությունը»:
«Մենք, կարծես, պատրաստել ենք մեզ այսօրվա իրավիճակի համար, ու հիմա պատրաստ ենք դրան: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ուժային գործոնը միշտ եղել է ու օրակարգային կմնա», - նշել է Ալիևը:
