Արտահանման 60-70 տոկոս անկում ունենք. Վերջին հույսը նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբերն են

«Ժամանակ» թերթը զրուցել է ԱԺ Հանրապետական խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ալեքսան Պետրոսյանի հետ:
Պարոն Պետրոսյան, այս տարին արդեն ավարտվում է, ի՞նչվիճակում է արտահանումը:
Մենք, ուզենք, թե չուզենք, պիտի սպասենք վերջին երկու ամսվա ավարտին, որովհետեւ գյուղմթերքի արտահանման ցուցանիշներն այդ ամիսներին շատ ավելի բարձր են լինում, քան անցած վեց ամիսներինն էին: Նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբերը գինու, կոնյակի եւ պահածոների արտահանման համար շատ կարեւոր ամիսներ են: Եվ մեր արտահանողների այս տարվա վերջին հույսն այդ ամիսների վրա է՝ ամանորյա տոներով պայմանավորված:
Իսկ անցած տասը ամիսների արտահանման ցուցանիշներն ինչպե՞ս էին:
Մենք լուրջ՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ արտահանման մոտ 60-70 տոկոս անկում ունենք: Հիմնականում դեպի Ռուսաստան, քանի որ մեր հիմնական շուկան այդ երկրում է: Հենց Ռուսաստանի շուկայում էլ 70 տոկոսով կրճատվել է մեր իրացումը: Դեպի Եվրոպա արտահանումը կայուն վիճակում է, բայց այդ ուղղությամբ էլ շատ քիչ ենք արտահանում:
Իսկ ինչո՞ւ այդ ուղղությամբ արտահանումը չեք ավելացնում:
Դժվար է: Եթե արեւմտյան շուկա մտնելու հնարավորություն ունես, մտնում ես: Դրանից ավելի ընդլայնվելու դեպքում շատ բան պետք է անես: Գովազդների անհրաժեշտություն կա: Եթե ես որոշեմ Գերմանիա գինի եւ կոնյակ արտահանել ու մի ընկերության հետ գովազդի պայմանագիր կնքեմ, դրա համար այստեղ պիտի հարկ մուծվի: Նախկինում մարդիկ կարողանում էին առանց դրա կազմակերպել իրենց գովազդը: Մեզ մոտ ասում են, թե եթե դու Հայաստանից փող ես տանում Ռուսաստան քո արտադրած գինու գովազդը կազմակերպելու համար, դրա 20 տոկոսը պետք է այստեղ վճարես: Այդ պատճառով էլ մարդիկ հրաժարվեցին այդ տարբերակից: Իսկ դրսում գովազդ կազմակերպելը շատ մեծ գումարներ արժի: Նվազագույնը՝ մեկ միլիոն դոլար կարժենա:
Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չեք մտածում Չինաստան արտահանելու մասին: Հայտարարություններ են հնչում, թե այդ երկիրը մեր գինու եւ կոնյակիհամար լավ շուկա կարող է լինել:
Մենք բոլոր ուղղություններով էլ փորձում ենք արտահանել: Չինաստան գինի ենք ուղարկել վաճառելու, սպասում ենք արդյունքների: Բայց պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ Չինաստան ապրանք հասցնելու համար երեք ամիս ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ: Դա Ռուսաստանը չէ, որ ուղարկելուց վեց օր հետո տեղ է հասնում:
Արտահանումը խթանելու համար ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ ունեք Հայաստանի իշխանություններից:
Դրա համար ես պետք է իմանամ, թե ինչ հնարավորություններ ունեն իշխանությունները: Դա կառավարության հնարավորությունների չափով է պայմանավորված»:
