«Գնային փոփոխությունները տեղի են ունեցել ողջամտության սահմաններում». պատասխանում են «Արաբկիր» բժշկական կենտրոնից

Ի պատասխան «Փաստ» օրաթերթում տպագրված՝ «Ինչո՞ւ են «Արաբկիրում» բարձրացրել գները» հոդվածի, պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրի հանրային կապերի պատասխանատուն.

«Պաշտոնապես տեղեկացնում ենք, որ հոդվածում նշված «եթե ուրիշ էժան տեղ գիտեք, տարեք, մեզ մոտ էս գներն են» արտահայտության հետ կապված բժշկական համալիրի տնօրինությունը իրականացրել է համապատասխան ուսումնասիրություններ , սակայն նման արտահայտություն արած անձ չի հայտնաբերել: Միևնույն ժամանակ համալիրի տնօրինությունը գտնում է, որ նման ոճով պատասխանելը պացիենտին կամ նրա հարազատին անընդունելի է, և եթե որևիցե մեկը աշխատակիցներից իրեն թույլ է տվել նման արտահայտություն, ապա տնօրինությունը ներողություն է խնդրում դրա համար:

Ինչ վերաբերում է գնային փոփոխություններին, այո՛, մեզ մոտ փոփոխություններ տեղի են ունեցել ողջամտության սահմաններում, այլ ոչ կրկնակի:

«Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրում երեխաների բժշկական ծառայությունների շուրջ 90 տոկոսն իրականացվում է բացառապես անվճար՝ պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում: Մեր դիտարկումները ցույց են տվել, որ ինչպես «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի այլ խոշոր բժշկական հաստատություններում, որոնք կատարում են մեծածավալ բժշկական ծառայություններ պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում, վերջին ժամանակներում տեղի է ունենում մասնագետների տեղաշարժ: Հմուտ և փորձառու մասնագետները, միավորվելով, ստեղծում են փոքր մասնագիտացված բժշկական կազմակերպություններ, որտեղ և մատուցում են իրենց ծառայությունները բացառապես վճարովի հիմունքներով՝ մի քանի անգամ ավելի բարձ գներով, քան մեր համալիրում վերջին փոփոխված գներն են: 

Գնահատելով այս երևույթը և հաշվի առնելով բնական մրցակցությունը՝ «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրն իրականացնում է հստակ ներքին քաղաքականություն, որն ուղղված է կանխելու լավագույն մասնագետների արտահոսքը, որոնց շնորհիվ կարողանում է մասնակցել առողջապահության համակարգի հիմնական նպատակին, այն է՝ մեր երկրում երեխաների առողջության պահպանմանը, հաշմանդամության և մահացության նվազեցմանը: 

Առիթից օգտվելով՝ ցանկանում ենք տեղեկացնել, որ «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրում բոլոր տեսակի վճարումները մուտքագրվում են դրամարկղ և գնային փոփոխությունների շնորհիվ աճած գումարի շուրջ 70 տոկոսն ուղղվում է բուժանձնակազմի աշխատավարձի բարձրացմանը, իսկ մնացած մասը՝ բժշկական համալիրում մատուցվող բժշկական ծառայությունների բարելավմանը»:
