«Հայաստանում Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի մշտական ներկայացուցչության ղեկավար Թերեզա Սանչեսը երեկ մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը արդեն գտնվում է «անհարմարավետության միջակայքում»:
«ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է միջոցներ ձեռնարկի, որ ՀՆԱ-ի ցուցանիշի համեմատ պարտքը սկսի նվազել»,- ասել է ԱՄՀ ներկայացուցիչը: Ինչ վերաբերում է ԱԺ արտահերթ նստաշրջանում ներկայումս քննարկվող «Պետական պարտքի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագծին, որով կառավարությունը ցանկանում է պետպարտքի ծավալների սահմանափակումներից հանել ԿԲ-ի պարտքը և դրանով իսկ հնարավորություն ստանալ ավելի մեծ պարտքեր ներգրավվելու, ապա ըստ Սանչեսի դա ԱՄՀ–ի համար նշանակություն չունի:
«ԱՄՀ-ն իր որոշումներում հաշվի է առնելու ՀՀ ընդհանոտ կառավարության և ԿԲ-ի պարտքերի գումարը»,- ասել է ԱՄՀ ներկայացուցիչը: Նա տեղեկացրել է. որ սեպտեմբերին ԱՄՀ-ն հանդես կգա ՀՀ տնտեսության մասին նոր կանխատեսումներով: Ըստ Սանչեսի, տնտեսական ցուցանիշները կարող են փոքր ինչ բարելավվել, ինչը պայմանավորված է ՌԴ տնտեսությունում իրավիճակի մի փոքր կայունացմամբ»,–գրում է թերթը։
