Արման Թաթոյանն այցելել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին եւ առանձնազրույց է ունեցել նրա հետ

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն այցելել է ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, ունեցել առանձնազրույց, որի ընթացքում էլ բազմաթիվ հարցեր են քննարկել։ Նա այս մասին նշեց ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում՝ հավելելով, որ ինքը կապի մեջ է նաեւ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանների հետ:

«Օրինակ՝ քննարկել են տեսակցության հարցը՝ կապված ընտանիքի անդամների հետ, բնականաբար, մենք սրանով ակտիվ զբաղվել ենք։ Արգելանք կա,  բայց մենք աշխատել ենք այս ուղղությամբ, կարծում եմ, որ նաեւ մեր միջամտությունից հետո որոշակի թույլտվություններ եղան ընտանիքի հետ տեսակցելու»,- ասաց նա։

Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին՝ արդյոք Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը քաղաքական հետապնդման է ենթարկվում, Թաթոյանն ասաց, թե ՄԻՊ-ը չունի այն իրավական գործիքները, որպեսզի արձանագրի՝ ընթացող քրեական գործով քաղաքական հետապնդում իրականացվո՞ւմ է, թե՞ ոչ։ Թաթոյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք մեղադրանքը գնահատելու իրավական հնարավորություն չունեն։

«Ուզում եմ նշել, որ մեզ համար նշանակություն չունեն այն հասարակական պատկերացումները, որոնք կան անձի վերաբերյալ, թե ով է հանցանքի մեջ մեղադրվողը: Մենք աշխատում ենք օրենքով մեր առաջ դրված խնդիրներին համապատասխան, բնականաբար,  կատարում ենք բոլոր հնարավոր գործողությունները»,- նշեց Թաթոյանը:

Հարցին, թե ինչ պայմաններում է պահվում Քոչարյանը ՄԻ պաշտպանն արձագանքեց. «Խցում մենակ է պահվում։ Դե «Երեւան Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ում խցերը փոքր են, բայց վերաբերմունքից դժգոհ չէ։ Դրանք սովորական պայմաններ են, որեւէ առանձնահատուկ բան չեմ տեսել»:

Հարցին՝ նա շարքային կալանավո՞ր է, Արման Թաթոյանը պատասխանեց. «Ի՞նչ նկատի ունեք շարքային կալանավոր ասելով։ Ինձ համար ազատությունից զրկված ցանկացած անձի պաշտպանությունը կարեւոր է։ Այս դեպքում, քանի որ հանրային մեծ նշանակություն ունի եւ խոսքը ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահի մասին է, ըստ այդմ՝ մեզ համար էլ առաջնային ուշադրության հարցերից է»:
