ԱՊՀ երկրների արտգործնախարարները կքննարկեն ՄՓՀՀՊ-ից ԱՄՆ դուրս գալու հարցը

Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների ոչնչացման պայմանագրից (ՄՓՀՀՊ) ԱՄՆ դուրս գալու թեման նախատեսվում է քննարկել ԱՊՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների Խորհրդի հանդիպմանը, որը կկայանա Մոսկվայում ապրիլի 5-ին, երկուշաբթի ասել է ԱՊՀ կանոնադրական եւ այլ մարմիններում ՌԴ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Գրոզովը, տեղեկացնում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն։

«Այո,  այս թեման, իրոք, այժմ հրատապ է Ատլանտիկայից մինչեւ Ուրալ մեր տարածքում ռազմավարական կայունության, անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերում։ Այս թեման հաստատ կքննարկվի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների Խորհրդում..., որտեղ մեր գործընկերներին կներկայացվեն ռուսական փաստարկումները, մեր մտահոգությունները»,- ասել է Գրոզովը լրագրողներին։

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ փետրվարի 2-ին Վաշինգտոնը սկսում է Ռուսաստանի հետ ՄՓՀՀ պայմանագրից դուրս գալու ընթացակարգը։ Պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն հայտարարել էր, որ «եթե Ռուսաստանը վեց ամսվա ընթացքում լիակատար չստուգի պայմանագրի կատարումը», այն կչեղարկվի։

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը փետրվարի 2-ին հայտարարել է, որ ՄՓՀՀՊ-ից ԱՄՆ դուրս գալու ՌԴ պատասխանը կլինի հայելային եւ Ռուսաստանը նույնպես կդադարեցնի մասնակցությունը պայմանագրին։ Պետության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը չպետք է եւ չի ներքաշվի Մոսկվայի համար ծախսատար սպառազինությունների մրցավազքի մեջ։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Պուտինն ավելացրել է, որ ՌԴ բոլոր առաջարկությունները զինաթափման վերաբերյալ «մնում են սեղանին եւ դռները բաց են», բայց պահանջել է այսուհետ չնախաձեռնել որեւէ բանակցություն այդ խնդրի շուրջ։
