2019 թվականի փետրվարի 7-ին ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատը հերթական նիստ է անցկացրել, որի օրակարգում ներառված հարցերի կապակցությամբ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատը կայացրել է որոշումներ:

Պալատից  հայտնում են, որ կայացվել են, մասնավորապես, հետեւյալ որոշումները.

«1. Հաստատվել են մի շարք հաշվեքննությունների արդյունքում կազմված հետեւյալ ընթացիկ եզրակացությունները՝

  - ՀՀ առողջապահության բնագավառում լիցեն¬զա¬վոր¬ման գործընթաց (բացառությամբ դեղատնային գործունեության լիցենզավորման),

  - Տեսչական գործառույթ իրականացնող պետական մարմիններ

  - ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարություն։

Վերջիններս պարունակում են հաշվեքննության համապատասխան օբյեկտների գործունեության առնչությամբ ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատի կողմից բացահայտված բազմաթիվ անհամապատասխանություններ եւ խեղաթյուրումներ, ինչպես նաեւ գործունեության բարելավմանը միտված առաջարկություններ։ Ընթացիկ եզրակացություններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատի կայքում։

2. Որոշում կայացվեց «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամում իրականացվող ստուգման ընթացքում առերեւույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող արարքների վերաբերյալ նյութերն ուղարկել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն։ Միաժամանակ, հայտնում ենք, որ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամում հաշվեքննությունը շարունակվում է եւ մինչեւ դրա ավարտը «Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 30-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն տեղեկությունների հրապարակումն արգելվում է։

3. Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի կողմից իրականացվող հաշ¬վեքննություններն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակող փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարվեցին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների եւ բնական պաշարների նախարարությունում հաշվեքննության առաջադրանքում, ինչպես նաեւ «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ում, «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» ՓԲԸ-ում եւ «Երեւանի Ջերմաէլեկտրակենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում, ՀՀ կողմից հիմնադրված «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամում ստուգման առաջադրանքներում։

4. Հաստատվեց ՀՀ հաշվեքննիչ պալատի 2018 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականը եւ ծախսերի նախահաշվի կատարման  հաշվեկշիռը։

5. Հաստատվեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայությունում հաշվեքննության առաջադրանքը։

Նիստի ավարտին Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի նախագահ Լեւոն Յոլյանի կողմից տրվեցին կազմակերպչական բնույթի հանձնարարականներ»:
