Շրջանառության մեջ կդրվեն «Մարտի 1-ի» և ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ տուժածներին հատուցում տալու մասին օրինագծերը: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Հարգելի ընկերներ, տեղեկացնում եմ Ձեզ, որ քիչ առաջ շրջանառության մեջ եմ դրել ՀՀ «Վիճակախաղերի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին եւ «Շահումով խաղերի, ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի եւ խաղատների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրինագծերը, որոնցով կսահմանափակվեն բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակների գործունեությունը ՀՀ տարածքում, ինչպես նաեւ կարգելվի գազալցկայաններում եւ տարբեր հանրային վայրերում հայտնի սարքավորումների միջոցով վիճակախաղի կազմակերպումը:
Այս նախաձեռնությունը օրակարգ էր բերվել դեռ նախորդ գումարման ԱԺ-ում եւ չնայած կառավարության կողմից ստացել էր դրական եզրակացություն` ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները խոչընդոտեցին դա քննարկման դնելու հնարավորությունը:
Ավելացնեմ, որ շուտով շրջանառության մեջ կդրվի նաեւ Լենա Նազարյանի եւ իմ համահեղինակած «2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի 2-ին Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններից տուժած անձանց հատուցման մասին» օրինագիծը:
Իմ եւ Լ.Նազարյանի կողմից նախապատրասվում է նմանատիպ նախագիծ նաեւ 2016 թվականի հուլիսին ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ տուժած անձանց հատուցման վերաբերյալ:
Եվ, վերջինը այս պահի դրությամբ, կվերաբերվի «ՀՀ տարածքում ժամանակի հաշվարկման կարգի մասին» օրենքին, որը հնարավորություն կտա մեր համաքաղաքացիներին հոսանքի վճարների մինչեւ 10%-ի խնայողություններ անել:
