Եթե այդ ժամանակ տեղեկությունը հրապարակվեր, հնարավոր է՝ քննությանը խանգարեր. ՊՆ փոխնախարարը՝ զինվորի մահվան դեպքը չհայտնելու մասին

Եթե այդ ժամանակ զինվորի մահվան մասին տեղեկությունը հրապարակվեր, հնարավոր է՝  քննությանը խանգարեր։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Բալայանը՝ անդրադառնալով դեկտեմբերի 31-ին զինծառայողի մահվան դեպքը չհայտնելուն։

«Տեսե՛ք՝ նախաքննություն է ընթանում, և հանգամանքները ճշտելու կարիք կա։ Մենք չգիտենք՝ ինչ հանգամանքներում է եղել դեպքը»,- ասաց Գաբրիել Բալայանը։

Դիտարկմանը, որ սովորաբար տեղեկատվությունը լինում էր զինծառայողների մահվան մասին հենց դեպքի հաջորդ օրը կամ հաջորդող օրերին, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան մեկ ամիս անց, ՊՆ փոխնախարարը նշեց. «Այո, սովորաբար Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հնարավորինս հաղորդում է, բայց հաշվի առնելով որոշակի հանգամանքներ՝ այս պարագայում քննությանը կխանգարեր»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Tert.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ Ամանորի գիշերը հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պայմանագրային զինծառայող Էդգար Գրիգորյանը, սակայն դեպքի մասին Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն ու ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ տեղեկություն չեն հայտնել: Այս առնչությամբ պարզաբանում, ինչպես նաև տեղեկություն ստանալու համար Tert.am-ը գրավոր հարցումներ էր ուղարկել համապատասխան կառույցներին։

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից Tert.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել էին. «2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 04:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մարտական դիրքի պահպանության տեղամասում կրծքավանդակի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով հայտնաբերվել է նույն զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայող Էդգար Էդուարդի Գրիգորյանը: Նա տեղափոխվել է Մեղրի ԲԿ, որտեղ ժամը 08:10-ին մահացել է»:

ՊՆ-ից հայտնել էին, որ դեպքի առթիվ Քննչական կոմիտեում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1 մասով՝ ինքնասպանության հասցնելը:

Հարցին, թե այս դեպքից հետո հասարակությունում չե՞ն կարող կասկածներ առաջանալ, որ բանակում մահվան այլ դեպքերի մասին ևս չի հաղորդվում, Գաբրիել Բալայանը պատասխանեց. «Կարծում եմ՝ ոչ, որովհետև ամփոփ տվյալները հրապարակվում են որոշակի պարբերականությամբ»։

«Եվ վերջում նաև հաշվի առե՛ք, որ բոլոր դեպքերում մարդկային ճակատագրի և հարազատների հետ կապված որոշակի նրբություններ կան, որոնք միանգամից հրապարակելը կարող է խնդիր առաջացնել ոչ միայն քննության, այլև ընկալման համար»,- նշեց փոխնախարարը։
