Փետրվարի 9-ին մեկնարկել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի աշխատանքային այցը Արցախի Հանրապետություն, տեղեկացնում է ԱԺ մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովում տեղի է ունեցել հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների խորհրդարանների նախագահների հանդիպումը: Արարատ Միրզոյանը եւ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում բարձր են գնահատել այս տարիների ընթացքում երկու խորհրդարանների միջեւ առկա փոխգործակցությունը եւ պատրաստակամություն հայտնել բարձրացնել այն որակական նոր մակարդակի: 

Քննարկվել են խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր, կարեւորվել է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի խորհրդարանների հանձնաժողովների մակարդակով շարունակական հանդիպումներն ու համատեղ նիստերը, կողմերը ընդգծել են խորհրդարանների միջեւ փորձի փոխանակման կարեւորությունը, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային հարթակներում ընդհանուր օրակարգի շուրջ համատեղ աշխատանքը: 

Այնուհետեւ հանդիպումն ընթացել է ընդլայնված կազմով` ԱԺ խմբակցությունների եւ հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարների ու պատգամավորների մասնակցությամբ, որի ընթացքում ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահը պատասխանել է Արցախի Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորների հարցերին եւ ներկայացրել երկու խորհրդարանների միջեւ համագործակցության իր տեսլականը: 

Սա ԱԺ նախագահի պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո Արարատ Միրզոյանի առաջին այցն է: Այցի ընթացքում խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը այցելել է նաեւ Ստեփանակերտի հուշահամալիր եւ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել արցախյան ազատամարտի նահատակների եւ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի զոհերի հիշատակին, եղել է Քրիստափոր Իվանյանի անվան ռազմական վարժարանում, զրուցել ուսուցիչների եւ սաների հետ:
