2018 թվականին հայաստանյան բանկերի տրամադրած հիպոտեկային վարկերի ծավալը 20 տոկոսով գերազանցել է նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշներին:

«Հեղափոխությունից հետո բանկերը, ըստ էության, տրամադրել են նույնքան հիպոտեկային վարկ, որքան ողջ 2017 թվականի ընթացքում, իսկ բանկային տոկոսադրույքները շարունակաբար նվազում են:
Ընդ որում, հիպոտեկային վարկավորման աճի տեմպը մեծանում է՝ հատկապես կառավարության որոշումների ազդեցության ներքո:
«Բնակարան երիտասարդներին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝ 2018թ. նոյեմբերին նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի նկատմամբ աճը՝ 41 տոկոս, դեկտեմբերը դեկտեմբերի նկատմամբ աճը՝ 85 տոկոս, 2019 թվականի հունվարը 2018 թվականի հունվարի նկատմամբ՝ աճը 131 տոկոս:
131 տոկոս. սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազատ, իրավատեր, երիտասարդ քաղաքացին ապագան կապում է սեփական հայրենիքի, բացառապես սեփական հայրենիքի հետ»,գրել է Փաշինյանը:
