Ոստիկանները փաստաթուղթ էին պահանջել, փոխարենը ծեծվել էին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ:
2015 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 6-րդ սպայական վաշտի երկու տեսուչ ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայով ծառայություն են իրականացրել Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի Երեւանյան խճուղում։
Տեսուչները, կատարելով իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունը, անվտանգության գոտիով չամրակապված վիճակում երթեւեկելու համար, ժամը 19:10-ի սահմաններում կանգնեցրել են «Kia Cerato» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան եւ վարորդից պահանջել վարորդական իրավունքի փաստաթղթեր:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ վարորդը չի ենթարկվել ոստիկանության ծառայողների օրինական պահանջներին, վիճաբանել է նրանց հետ, հայհոյել, քաշքշել` գործադրելով ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն:
Դեպքի առթիվ Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու կասկածանքով «Kia Cerato» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը հունիսի 19-ին ձերբակալվել է:
Տեսուչների եւ կասկածյալի նկատմամբ նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Մ.Ավետիսյանից վերցվել է արյան փորձանմուշ եւ նշանակվել դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություն:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում` դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի եւ օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
