Գարո Փայլանը թուրքական մեջլիսում խոսել է հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը թալանել ցանկացող ոստիկանների մասին

Թուրքիայի ընդդիմադիր քրդամետ ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից (HDP)  մեջլիսի հայազգի պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը Մեջլիսում խոսել է հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը թալանել ցանկացող ոստիկանների մասին:

Փայլանը մեջլիսում անդրադարձել է Դիարբեքիր նահանգի Սիլմանի շրջանում գտնվող պատմական կառույցներից մեկի բակում անօրինական «պեղումներ» իրականացնող խմբին, որի անդամները շրջակա միջավայրին վնաս հասցնելու հատկանիշներով ձերբակալվել են: Խումբը «պեղումներն» իրականացրել է հայերից մնացած գանձեր գտնելու համար: Ձերբակալությունից հետո պարզվել է, որ խմբի 4 անդամներ թուրքական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ են:

Փայլանը այս խմբի հետ կապված հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել Թուրքիայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Սուլեյման Սոյլուին, որը նաև ներկայացրել է մեջլիս:

Հայցադիմումում Փայլանը նախարարին է ուղղել հետևյալ հարցերը. «որքա՞ն ժամանակ են այս անվտանգության աշխատակիցները նման գործողություններ իրականացրել, որքա՞ն հայերից մնացած իրեր են գտել մինչ այժմ, նմանատիպ գործունեության համար քա՞նի իրավական գործընթաց կա սկսված անվտանգության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ և արդյո՞ք հետաքննություն սկսվել է Սուրնում ոստիկանների գանձագողությամբ զբաղվելու պնդումների վերաբերյալ։ Նախարարությունն ի՞նչ քայլեր է իրականացնում գանձագողության դեմ պայքարում»,-հայցադիմումում գրել է Փայլանը՝  նախարարին հարցնելով, թե նա ինչ է մտածում գանձագողության դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարի համար քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին:
