Քոչարյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տվողներից մեկի պաշտոնը բարձրացվել է. Հայկ Ալումյան
VIDEOՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տված անձանցից մեկի պաշտոնը բարձրացվել է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 7–ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմի անդամ Հայկ Ալումյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ գործում կան ցուցմունքներ, որոնք պաշտպանական կողմն ակնհայտ կեղծ է համարում։
«Կա ցուցմունք, որի մեջ կա որոշակի հատված, որը նաև հակասության մեջ է այլ ապացույցների հետ, որը մեր գնահատմամբ իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում, և այդ մարդը տվյալ ցուցմունքից հետո պաշտոնի բարձրացում է ստացել»,–ասաց նա՝ պարզաբանելով, որ ցուցմունքը վերաբերվում է 0038 հրամանին նախորդող իրադարձություններին։
Ալումյանը հրաժարվեց բացահայտել ցուցմունք տված անձի տվյալները՝ նշելով, որ դա նախաքննական գաղտնիք է հանդիսանում։
Փաստաբանը հայտարարեց, որ Քոչարյանի գործով ներկայացված ցուցմունքների բովանդակության մեծ մասի հետ իրենք համաձայն են։
«Եթե սրանք են էն առավելագույն ցուցմունքները, որոնք ապագայում դատարանում պետք է օգտագործվեն պարոն Քոչարյանի դեմ, ապա մենք կուզեինք, որ այդ դատավարությունը հնարավորինս շուտ լինի և դուք շատ շուտ դա տեսնեք»,–ասաց նա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ փետրվարի 7–ին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ որոշում կայացրեց մերժել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանների բողոքն ու անփոփոխ թողնել Քոչարյանի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։ Այս որոշումը պաշտպանական կողմը պատրաստվում է բողոքարկել ՀՀ Վճռաբեկ դատարանում։
