ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Ավետիք Էլոյանը գրառում է արել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում, որում անդրադարձել է իր՝ պաշտոնից ազատվելու շուրջ խոսակցություններին․
«Սիրելի ընկերներ, որպեսզի բոլորին առանձին չպատասխանեմ, որոշեցի այստեղ գրառում կատարել: Նախ և առաջ, շնորհակալություն բոլորին արձագանքելու համար: Շատ զգացված եմ, բայց համարում եմ, որ սա դեռ սկիզբն է՝ կառուցելու գործում տոկունությունը ամենակարևոր հատկանիշն է: Եվ մենք դեռ կարևոր ճանապարհ ունենք անցնելու: Անչափ շնորհակալ եմ Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի ողջ անձնակազմին: Ձեր կուտակած գիտելիքները իմ համար հարուստ աղբյուր և վստահելի գործիք էին: Կներեք, որ չկարողացա ավելին անել գովազդելու մեր թիմը, պարզապես երբ ընտրությունը գործ անելու եւ PR-ով զբաղվելու մեջ է, ես միշտ (ինչպես և դուք) նախընտրում եմ աշխատանքը: Հուսով եմ, որ հաջորդ ղեկավարը կգնահատի ոչ միայն ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի արժանիքները, այլև կգիտակցի ոլորտի կարևորությունը երկրի զարգացման եւ արդյունավետ կառավարման համար: Ես Երևանում եմ և չեմ նախատեսում մեկնել: Հայաստան վերադառնալու իմ ցանկությունը շատ ավելի մտածված էր և Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն ղեկավարելու առաջարկը ընդամենը լավ առիթ էր: Թե ինչ եմ անելու ապագայում՝ որոշվում է հիմա»:
