Գերմանիայի դեսպանը ԼՂ համակարտության կարգավորման հարցում կարևորում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության դերը

Գյումրիում նոյեմբերի 13-ին նշվեց Գերմանիայի վերամիավորման 25 ամյակը: Այս անգամ ևս հետաքրքիր ծրագրով տարաբնույթ միջոցառումներ էր մեկտեղել Բեռլին Արտ հոթելը: Միջոցառումը, որին ներկա էին մարզային և քաղաքային իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը, մեկնարկեց Գալերի 25-ի «25 G 25» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսով՝ նվիրված Գերմանիայի վերամիավորման 25-ամյակին: Գյումրեցի տարբեր սերունդների արվեստագետներն իրենք էին փորձել բացահայտել պատի գաղափարը, սակայն ոչ միայն «սառը պատերազմի» ամենանշանակալի խորհրդանիշներից մեկը համարվող Բեռլինի, այլ ամեն տեսակ՝ քաղաքականից մինչև սոցիալական: Ծրագրի ավարտին բոլոր ներկաները մասնակցեցին «Պատկերներ Գերմանիայից– վերամիավորում 25+» Գերմանիայի քարտեզ-փազլի« հավաքմանը: Միջոցառման ընթացքում «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ ունեցած զրույցի ժամանակ ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլրը, կարևորելով Գերմանիաների վերամիավորման փաստը, նշեց, որ Բեռլինյան պատի քանդումը և Գերմանիայի վերամիավորումը փոխեց ոչ միայն այս երկրի ճակատագիրը: «Այսօր երկիրն այսօր այնպիսին չէ, ինչպես 90-ականներին՝ հատկապես արևելյան կողմում հսկայական տնտեսական զարգացում է տեղի ունեցել: Այս վերամիավորումը նպաստեց նաև Եվրոպայի հզորացմանը: Այս վերամիավորումով նաև երկրից սպասելիքներն են ավելացել և զարգանում են: Մեր արտաքին քաղաքականությունն ընկած է ոչ միայն Գերմանիայի, այլ նաև ընդհանուր Եվրոպական միության զարգացման հիմքում»,-նշեց Մաթիաս Քոսլերը: Խոսելով հակամարտությունների լուծման հնարավոր եղանակների՝ այդ թվում նաև Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության մասին, դեսպանը նշեց, որ այս հարցում մեծ է քաղաքացիական հասարակության դերը: «Գերմանիան վերամիավորվեց ոչ մեկ օրում, այլ ճանապարհ անցավ՝ դեռ 70-ականներից հսկայակական աշխատանք էր սկսվել արևելյան և արևմտյան հատվածների միջև: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս երկու հատվածներում սկզբունքային տարբերություններ կար, բայց, անկախ դրանից, միշտ զարգացվել է այն գաղափարը, որ երկու կողմերի ժողովուրդները միշտ կոնտակտի մեջ լինեն,մի շարք վստահության միջոցառումներ են տեղի ունեցել: Այս նույն ձևով կարելի է դիտարկել Հայաստան-Թուրքիա, Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունները՝ շատ կարևոր է քաղաքացիական հասարակության մակարդակով շփումների զարգացումը: Գերմանիայի փորձը ասում է,որ մարդիկ պետք է իրար հետ հաղորդակցվեն և կապի մեջ լինեն»,-հավելեց ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը:
