Ոստիկաններն ահաբեկել են Արտենի գյուղի բնակչին

Նախորդ գիշեր փաստաբան Ղևոնդ Պապոյանն ահազանգել էր,որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Թալինի բաժնի աշխատակիցները փորձում են ներխուժել Արտենի գյուղի բնակիչ Ասատուր Ասատրյանի բնակարան,քաղաքացին ահաբեկված է: Armdaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբանը նշեց, որ ոստիկանները մոտ կես ժամ թակել են բնակչի դուռը, սակայն բացող չի եղել և նրանք հեռացել են։ ‹‹Գիշերն իմ վստահորդն ահաբեկված վիճակով զանգել է ինձ և ասել, որ ոստիկաննեն ուզում են մուտք գործել բնակարան; Նա ապրում է կնոջ և անչափահաս երեխաների հետ։

Պատկերացրեք գիշերը՝ թակում են դուռը ոստիկանները, ինչ վիճակում կլինեն՝ ահաբեկված։ Խնդիրը հետևյալն է՝ այդ բնակարանի սեփականատերն իմ պաշտպանյալի հորեղբայրն է, դիմել է ոստիկաններին ապօրինի ներխուժման հետ կապված։ Սակայն այդ բնակարանում արդեն 10 տարուց ավելի իմ պաշտպանյալն է ապրել, այն կառուցել ու վերակառուցել են։

Հիմա քննվում է, որ կեղծ հիմքերով է բնակարանի պետական գրանցումն իրականացվել։ Դատական պրոցեսում կա հայց այդ գույքի նկատմամբ վաղեմության սեփականության հետ կապված։Այդ գործընթացի հետ կապված նաև կիրառվել է հայցի ապահովման միջոց, որպեսզի ոստիկանությունը ձեռնպահ մնա հայցվորի, այսինքն իմ պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ վտարման գործողություններից։ Տեղեկանալով որ հայցվորի հետ այդ նույն բնակարանում ապրում են նաև նրա կինն ու անչափահաս երեխաները, ոստիկանությւոնը նշել է, որ կինն ու անչափահաս երեխաները չպետք է շարունակեն այդ բնակարանում ապրել և նախորդ գիշերը միջոցներ են ձեռնարկել նրանց այնտեղից վտարելու››,-նշեց Պապոյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ քանի որ գիշերն իր պաշտպանյալները դուռը չեն բացել, ոստիկանները հեռացել են, սակայն այսօր առավոտյան ժամը 9։00-ին նրանք դարձյալ գնացել են այնտեղ խմբով և կինը ստիպված գրել է, որ կազատի բնակարանը։ ‹‹Այս պայմաններում պատրաստվում ենք նոր քաղհայց ներկայացնել ոստիկանության դեմ, որպեսզի հետագա գործողություններից ձեռնպահ մնան։ Այդ արձանագրությունը կազմվել է և երեկոյան ինձ մոտ կլինի››,-նկատեց նա։ Ոստիկանությունը մեր զանգերին չպատասխանեց, կներկայացնենք նաև Ոստիկանության պարզաբանումը։
