Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով զբաղվող քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի առաջին նիստում ներկայացվել է 2019թ. գործունեության ծրագիրը: Այս մասին հայտնում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից:

Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ, հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը, խոսելով տարվա անելիքների մասին, նշել է, որ ծրագրերը պետք է լինեն առարկայական և իրագործելի:

Հանձնարարվել է հետևողականորեն ուշադրություն դարձնել ծրագրերի ընթացքին ու դրանց լիարժեքորեն իրականացմանը:  Տարեկան ծրագիրն ընդգրկում է քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներ. աշխատանքներ կտարվեն հավասար և մատչելի պայմանների ապահովման, կրթության և մասնագիտական ուսուցման ծրագրերի իրականացման, զբաղվածության խթանման, հաշմանդամների հարցերով զբաղվող ՀԿ-ի հետ համատեղ սոցիալական ծրագրերի իրականացման և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով:

Ընթացիկ տարում մայրաքաղաքի փողոցների խաչմերուկներում, բանուկ հատվածներում, հասարակական վայրերում ու հանգստի գոտիներում 175 թեքահարթակ կկառուցվի: Առաջարկվել է գործընթացին մասնակից դարձնել նաև շահառու կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, որպեսզի թեքահարթակները կառուցվեն չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան:

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության կողմից մի շարք խաչմերուկներում կտեղադրվեն հետիոտնային ձայնային ազդանշաններով նոր լուսացույցներ: Տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցող անձանց համար քաղաքային ավտոբուսների ուղեսրահներում կտեղադրվեն հատուկ սարքեր, որոնք կհայտարարեն կանգառների անվանումները:  Քննարկման ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց առաջարկներն ու դիտարկումները:
