2018 թվականի մայիսի 7-ից ունենք նոր կառավարություն։ Այսօր նայում եմ Կառավարության ներկայացրած ծրագիրը ու գիտե՞ք, թե ինչ կարելի է արձանագրել դրա մասով․ այս 9 ամիսների ընթացքում մեր պանծալի Կառավարությունը այդպես էլ չհասկացավ, որ Կառավարության ծրագիր ասվածը չի կարող լինել կենացների ու բարի ցանկությունների ժողովածու։
Այո՛, ինչպես հեղաշրջումից հետո, այնպես էլ հիմա, սրանց ներկայացրածը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան պետական մասշտաբով թամադայություն անելու ձեռնարկ։ Դրանում սիրուն ու կլոր տեքստերից բացի ոչինչ գտնել չես կարող, որովհետև բառիս բուն իմաստով բացակայում է ցանկացած տիպի չափորոշիչ, որը հնարավոր կդարձներ ասենք՝ 1, 3, կամ էլ՝ 5 տարի հետո չափել, թե որքանով են կյանքի կոչվել ծրագրում տեղ գտած դրույթները։
Բացի նրանից, որ ծրագրում չկա համարյա ոչ մի թիվ՝ բացի տարեթվերից, այնտեղ անգամ չկան հայտարարված նպատակներին հասնելու համար նախատեսված քայլերի հոդաբաշխ նկարագրություններ։
Թերևս միակ փոփոխությունը, որ կրել է այս ծրագիրը՝ համեմատած մայիսին ներկայացված ծրագրի հետ այն է, որ թեթևի մեջ լրացրել են ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից արված դիտարկումները, բայց այն էլ միայն նպատակների մասով։
Ու սա ինչ-որ տեղ հասկանալի է, որովհետև Նիկոլը չի ուզում իրեն՝ ստի վրա բռնվելու գործիքակազմ տալ։ Այսպիսի ծրագրով նրան ու իր թիմին ինչ էլ ասես՝ կարող են իրենց գցել պեչենու բաղերը ու բան էլ չես կարող ասել, որովհետև ասելու են՝ դե սպասեք, էլի մի քիչ, մենք ոչ թիվ ենք ասել, ոչ էլ այլ ժամկետ, քան 5 տարին․․․
Ու այս ամենը բնավ զարմանալի ու նույնիս անակնկալ չէ։ Այս 9 ամիսների ընթացքում Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը աներկբա ապացուցեցին, որ իրենք երկիր կառավարել չգիտեն ու չեն էլ ուզում իմանալ։ Գուցե ոմանց համար տարօրինակ թվա, բայց ըստ էության այս ծրագիրը կապիտուլյացիայի մասին մանիֆեստ է։ 5 տարի իշխանություն պահպանելու ամբիցիա ունեցող թիմը նման ապաշնորհ թղթոնը երբեք չէր հրամցնի հանրությանը։
