«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի 10 անդամների գործով տուժող, ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանի հարցաքննությունն ընթանում է լարված մթնոլորտում։ Դատարանից NEWS.am-ի լրագրողը հայտնում է, որ լարված իրավիճակ ստեղծվեց, երբ ամբաստանյալները հարցեր էին ուղղում Օսիպյանին։
Մասնավորապես խմբի անդամներից Արեգ Կյուրեղյանը Վալերի Օսիպյանից հետաքրքվեց, թե գնդում գտնվելու ընթացքում իրեն բացատրվե՞լ է, որ սահմանադական կարգը երկրում տապալված է եւ իրենց գործողությունները ուղղված են այն պահպանելուն, Օսիպյանը պատասխանեց. «Ինձ բացատրել պետք չէ, ես շատերին կարող եմ բացատրել ինչ է սահմանադրական կարգը, բայց սրա շուրջ խոսակցություն եղել է»:
Այդ ընթացքում խմբի անդամներից Սմբատ Բարսեղյանը ոստիկանապետին ինչ-որ բան ասաց, որը սակայն լսելի չէր ապակիներից այն կողմ գտնվողների համար: Օսիպյանի հարցին, թե բան ունեք ասելու, Սմբատը կրկին ինչ-որ բան ասաց, ինչից հետո Վալերի Օսիպյանն ասաց. «Որեւէ մեկը չփորձի որեւէ բան ասել»:
Դահլիճում ներկա գտնվողներից Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանը տեղից վեր կացավ եւ դիմելով ոստիկանապետին՝ բղավեց. «Դու չպիտի ասես՝ ինչ խոսեն, լակոտ»: Նախագահող դատավոր Մեսրոպ Մակյանը կարգի հրավիրեց ներկաներին՝ նշելով, որ կարգը խախտելու, այսպես շարունակելու դեպքում նիստը կքննվի դռնփակ կարգով: Այս պահին Օսիպյանին հարցեր է ուղղում Պավլիկ Մանուկյանը։ Նշենք, որ դատավարությանը ներկա է նաեւ այս գործով տուժող, ՀՀ նախկին փոխոստիկանապետ Վարդան Եղիազարյանը։
