Արցախում պատիժ կրելուց հետո ազատ արձակված ադրբեջանցին երրորդ երկիր կտեղափոխվի. Դավիթ Բաբայան

NEWS.am-ը գրում է.

Արցախի Հանրապետությունում երկու տարի պատիժ կրելուց հետո օրերս կալանավայրից ազատ արձակված  ադրբեջանցի Էլնուր Հուսեյնզադեն չի ցանկանում վերադառնալ Ադրբեջան։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Դավիթ Բաբայանը։ Նա նշեց, որ Հուսեյնզադեն ցանկություն է հայտնել տեղափոխվել երրորդ երկիր։

«Այդ քաղաքացին ի սկզբանե հայտարարել էր, որ չի ցանկանում վերադառնալ Ադրբեջան, հետևաբար նա կմեկնի երրորդ երկիր,  սակայն թե որ երկիր՝ չենք կարող ասել, քանի որ հնարավոր է նրան հետագայում ադրբեջանական կողմը հետապնդի»,–ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ համապատասխան ծառայություններն անելու են հնարավոր ամեն ինչ՝  որպեսզի տվյալ այդ անձը տեղափոխվի այլ երկիր։

«Տվյալ անձը պատիժ կրելուց հետո ազատ է արձակվել։ Արցախում միայն ազգային պատկանելիության համար մարդկանց չեն պահում կամ տանջում, դա խորթ է մեր քաղաքակրթությանը»,–ասաց նա։

NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ԿԽՄԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին հայտնեց, որ  Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն տեղյակ է Հուսեյնզադեի ազատ արձակումից։ Նա նշեց, որ տվյալ քաղաքացին պաշտպանված է միջազգային իրավունքով։

«Ձերբակալումից ի վեր՝  ԿԽՄԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչները պարբերաբար այցելել են ադրբեջանցուն, ծանոթացել նրա պահման պայմաններին։ Նման դեպքերում անձը շարունակվում է օգտվել միջազգային մարդասիրական պաշտպանությունից, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն, հարկ եղած դեպքում շարունակում է օգնել անձին՝ ապահվոլեու կապը ընտանիքի հետ»,–ասաց նա։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ Արցախի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավճռով  երկու տարի ազատազրկման դատապարտված   Էլնուր Էլման օղլի  Հուսեյնզադեն Արցախի ոստիկանության ՔԿՎ քրեակատարողական  հիմնարկում պատիժը կրելուց հետո,  2019թ. փետրվարի 2-ին  ազատ է արձակվել:

Էլնուր Էլման օղլի  Հուսեյնզադեն  մեղադրվում էր այն բանի համար, որ հանդիսանալով  Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի 157-րդ  մոտոհրաձգային  բրիգադի հետախուզական վաշտի զինծառայող, 2017թ. փետրվարի 1-ին, ժամը 15.00-ի  սահմաններում, առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ համայնքի  ուղղությամբ ապօրինի հատել էր Արցախի Հանրապետության  զինված ուժերի  կողմից  պահպանվող  պետական սահմանը,  մտել  մարտական  դիրքի  խրամուղի, որից հետո ձերբակալվել էր պետական սահմանի հսկողությունն իրականացնող  ստորաբաժանման ծառայողների կողմից:
