Ոստիկանությունը նախօրեին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել այն մասին, թե իբր ոմն Արտյոմ Զոհրաբյան «Արարատցեմենտ» ընկերությունից առանց համապատասխան հաշվապահական ձևակերպումների ցեմենտ է ձեռք բերել, որի արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է նյութական վնաս։ «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի անունից պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ հրապարակված տեղեկությունը բացարձակապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: «Արարատցեմենտ» ՓԲԸ-ն իր հարկային պարտավորությունները մշտապես իրականացրել է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով և պարտաճանաչ հարկատու է: Ինչ վերաբերում է վերոնշյալ Արտյոմ Զոհրաբյանի հետ գործարքին, ապա պետք է նշեմ, որ վերջինին փաստացի պատկանող «Աննա-Էլեն» և «Եվրո Շին» ՍՊԸ- ների հետ «Արարատցեմնետ» ՓԲԸ-ն աշխատել է հետվճարային տարաժամկետ վճարման սկզբունքով, սակայն դեռևս նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբեր ամսին մենք դիմել ենք Ոստիկանություն, քանի որ վերջինները հրաժարվում էին վճարել դուրս գրված հարկային հաշիվների դիմաց, ավելին՝ փորձ էր արվում անվճարունակության հատկանիշների կանխամտածված մտադրությամբ խուսափել ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների իրականացումից: Այս դեպքում առավել քան տարօրինակ է, որ «Արարատցեմնետ» ՓԲԸ-ն դեռևս նախորդ տարի Ոստիկանությանը հաղորդագրություն է ներկայացնում սույն անձի ոչ իրավաչափ գործողությունների վերաբերյալ, սակայն նախօրեին տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ իրավիճակը ներկայացված է միանգամայն այլ երանգներով: Նույն հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում էր նաև, որ Արտյոմ Զոհրաբյանը 2018-ի հունիսից -օգոստոս ամիսներին ընկերությունից յուրաքանչյուր տոննա ցեմենտի դիմաց վճարած 54.000 դրամից 3000 դրամ հետ է ստացել, և որ դրա արդյունքում ևս պետությանը խոշոր չափերի վնաս է հասցվել: Նշված փաստարկը բացարձակ հիմնազուրկ է, քանի որ այդ ընկերությունների հետ առքուվաճառքը ձևակերպվել է էլեկտրոնային հարկային հաշիվներով. ընկերության կողմից ցեմենտի բացթողնման գնով ՝ 54 հազար դրամով՝ ներառյալ ԱԱՀ, որից ձևավորված բոլոր հարկային պարտավորությունները վճարվել են օրենքով սահմանված կարգով: Այսինքն՝ այստեղ բացարձակ անտրամաբանական է 3 հազար դրամի հետվճարման հանգամանքը:

«Արարատցեմնետ» ՓԲԸ-ն դատական կարգով հետամուտ է լինելու, որպեսզի վերը նշված ընկերությունների ժամկետանց ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները առաջիկայում բռնագանձվեն: Տեղեկացնեմ նաև, որ դատական հայցն արդեն իսկ ներկայացված է:
