VIDEOՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու քաղաքացու՝ գողացված բանկային քարտով գումար կանխիկացրած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 17:10-ից մինչև 17:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Երևան քաղաքում երթուղայիններից մեկում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը քաղաքացու պայուսակից հափշտակել է նրա դրամապանակը, որում եղել է վերջինիս նույնականացման քարտը, կանխիկ գումար, բանկային քարտ՝ իր գաղտնաբառով: Նույն օրը գողացված բանկային քարտով կատարվել է գումարի կանխիկացման գործարք:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է բանկոմատի անվտանգության տեսախցիկների` գողացված բանկային քարտով կատարված գործարքի տեսագրությունը, ենթարկվել զննության:
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձին հայտնաբերելու և նրա մոտ այլ քաղաքացու բանկային քարտի հայտնվելու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
