Ադրբեջանում ներիշխանական նոր դիմակայություն է սկսվել Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում եւ Եվրամիությունում Ադրբեջանի նախկին ներկայացուցիչ, դիվանագետ Արիֆ Մամեդովի կողմից Facebook-ի իր էջում այդ երկրի Նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին ուղղված բաց նամակում «սեփական շրջապատը կեղտոտ մարդկանցից մաքրելու» մասին արած կոչից հետո: Ների շխանական խմբավորումները սկսել են միմյանց դեմ օգտագործել «Արիֆ Մամեդովի խաղաքարտը»:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլիգ»-ը գրում է, որ Արիֆ Մամեդովին հանրությանը «դավադիր դեսպան» ներկայացնող իշխանամետ մեդիա- խմբավորումների կողմից նրան Սերբիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Էլդար Հասանովի եւ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Աբբաս Աբբասովի հետ կապելը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդ հարցն արդեն վերածվել է ներիշխանական խմբավորումների միջեւ պատերազմի:

Երկար տարիներ Էլդար Հասանովի հետ հակասություններ ունեցող ուժերը այժմ աշխատում են հարվածել նրան Արիֆ Մամեդովի խաղաքարտով: Ընդ որում միակ փաստարկը, որով այդ ուժերը Արիֆ Մամեդովին կապում են Էլդար Հասանովի հետ, ժամանակին Գյանջայում նրա աշխատելու ժամանակ «դավադիր դեսպանի» հոր հետ  «ջերմ» հարաբերություններ ունենալն է:

Թերթին հասած տեղեկություններով` ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը ծրագրում է առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների շեմին Արիֆ Մամեդովի հարցից «հեղաշրջման շոու» սարքել եւ այդ «շոուում» հարվածել որոշ բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկների:

Արիֆ Մամեդովը Ալիեւին հղած բաց նամակում գրել էր այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունում որոշակի շրջանակի անձինք դիտավորյալ Արեւմուտքի, Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի, Եվրամիության, այս անգամ` դեսպանների կեղծ դավադրություն են ստեղծում, որպեսզի արդարացնեն իրենց ոչնչի պետք չլինելը, եւ կոչ արել Նախագահի շրջապատը «մաքրել երկրի քաղցկեղային ուռուցք տականքներից»:

Ավելի վաղ իշխանամետ haqqin.az կայքը մի խումբ դիվանագետների մեղադրել է երկրի ղեկավարության դեմ դավադրության մեջ: Դրա համար հիմք է հանդիսացել Բաքվում բարձրահարկ բնակելի շենքում մայիսի 19-ին հրդեհից 15 քաղաքացիների զոհվելու հետ կապված պետական չինովնիկների ծախվածության եւ ապաշնորհության մասին Facebook-ում Արիֆ Մամեդովի գրառումը:

«Այդ ողբերգությունը յուրաքանչյուր ադրբեջանցու ցավն ու ողբերգությունն է: Ոչ մի ժողովուրդ չի հանդուրժի այդքան խայտառակություն եւ անարդարություն: Չինովնիկները միլիոններ են վաստակում մեր ժողովրդի տառապանքներից, եւ եթե նրանք չեն վախենում մեր ժողովրդի ցասումից, ապա թող վախենան Ալլահից»,- գրել էր Մամեդովը, որից հետո նրան շնորհազրկել էին: «Դավադիրների» թվում են հայտնվել նաեւ նրանք, ովքեր պաշտպանել էին Facebook-ում նրա այդ գրառումը: Որոշ ժամանակ անց նրանք բոլորը ազատվել են աշխատանքից, իսկ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն երես է թեքել Մամեդովից: Դի վանագետը հրաժարական է տվել զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից եւ հայտարարել քաղաքական գործունեության եւ Ադրբեջանը ճգնաժամից հանելու գծով ծրագիր մշակելու մասին:
