VIDEOԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության փակ նիստին քննարկվել է արցախյան հարցը. հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցին ասաց ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը:
«Շատ լավ առիթ է, որ միասին քննարկենք հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում են բոլորիս: Մենք խոսեցինք տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ, ինձ համար՝ որպես կառավարության անդամ, շատ կարևոր է ԱԺ խմբակցությունների հետ աշխատելը: Սա երկխոսություն է, որտեղ մենք համեմատում ենք մոտեցումները, գնահատականները, փորձում ենք տեսնել՝ ինչն է ճիշտ, ինչի վրա առավել ուշադրություն դարձնել»,- հայտարարեց նախարարը:
Լրագրողները ԱԳ նախարարից հետաքրքրվեցին, թե Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը հայտարարել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արցախյան հարցի հետ կապված խիզախ քայլեր է ձեռնարկել, ի՞նչ խիզախ քայլերի մասին է խոսքը, Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ասաց. «Այն, ինչն արվել է պարոն վարչապետի կողմից, որ խիզախություն է խոսել խաղաղության մասին, և դա չի նշանակում, որ խոսելով խաղաղության մասին՝ վարչապետը հարցականի տակ է դնում վճռականությունը»:
Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն հայտարարության մասին, թե արցախյան հակամարտությունն ունի երեք կողմ, Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը ասաց. «Հայաստան ունի իր մասը, Հայաստանը երաշխավորն է Արցախի անվտանգության, Հայաստանը մասնակցում է բանակցություններին և շարունակելու է այդ ամենն անել»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի արձագանքին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, որ «բացառվում է տարածքներ՝ խաղաղության դիմաց» թեզը, Մնացականյանը նշեց. «Դա այդպես չէ, որովհետև Հայաստանը շարունակում է աշխատել այն մասով, ինչը վերաբերվում է բանակցությանը»:
Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն ասել էր, որ դժվար է հասկանալ Փաշինյանի տրամաբանությունը, քանի որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հովանու ներքո անցկացվող ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցություններում անկյունաքարը հենց Ադրբեջանի գրավյալ տարածքներից Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի դուրսբերումն է:
Հարց է առաջանում, արդյոք հարկավո՞ր է Փաշինյանի՝ նման դիրքորոշումը որպես բանակցություններից հրաժարում դիտարկել»:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հնարավոր պաշտոնական հանդիպման մասին ասաց, որ պաշտոնական հանդիպման համար չշտապենք:
Նշենք, որ արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ վերջին զարգացումների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական այլ առաջնահերթությունների շուրջ քննարկման և մտքերի փոխանակման համար այսօր ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանին ԼՀԿ-ն հրավիրել էր ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամների հետ հանդիպման։
