Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հրապարակում է արել, որով տեղեկացնում է, որ իրեն զրպարտելու համար դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ քաղաքացու, սակայն թե կոնկրետ ում, չի նշել։ Նա մասնավորապես գրել է ․

 

« Կարևոր․
ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 3-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն` Մարդու արժանապատվությունը՝ որպես նրա իրավունքների ու ազատությունների անքակտելի հիմք, հարգվում և պաշտպանվում է պետության կողմից:

ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի 1087.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին կետի համաձայն` անձը, որի պատիվը,
արժանապատվությունը կամ գործարար համբավը արատավորել են վիրավորանքի կամ զրպարտության միջոցով, կարող է դիմել դատարան` վիրավորանք հասցրած կամ զրպարտություն կատարած անձի դեմ:

Ելնելով վերոգրյալից՝ երեկ հրապարակային զրպարտության ու վիրավորանքի ակնհայտ տարրեր պարունակող 68 դրվագներից բաղկացած հիմնավոր փաստերով դիմել եմ դատարան՝ օրենքի շրջանակներում, դատական կարգով վերականգնելու իմ պատվին ու արժանապատվությանը հասցված վնասը, ըստ այդմ խնդրելով նաև Դատարանին՝ պարտավորեցնելու պատասխանողին․

- «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական կայքի իր էջում տեղադրված՝ ինձ վերաբերող վիրավորանք պարունակող գրագրության արդյունքում ներողություն խնդրել ինձանից՝ սահմանելով այն հայտնելու ձևը:

- պատասխանողից հօգուտ ինձ բռնագանձել ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված առավելագույն սահմանաչափի դրամական միջոցներ, որպես վիրավորանք և զրպարտություն պարունակող գրագրությամբ ինձ պատճառված ոչ նյութական վնասի
փոխհատուցում (այն կուղղվի մեր մարզային ենթակայության դպրոցներից մեկում որևէ հիմնախդրի լուծմանը)։

- վերջնական դատական ակտով լուծել նաև դատական ծախսերի հարցը:

Հ․Գ․ Հայցս պարունակում է 68 դրվագ… սա նշանակում է, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո կան մարդիկ, ում միակ կամ հիմնական զբաղմունքը եղել է ամիսներ շարունակ ինձ և իմ արած աշխատանքը փնովելը, «սևացնելը», անհիմն վիրավորանքների, սին մեղադրանքների, և իհարկե, մանիպուլյացիայի ճանապարհով իմ մասին ապատեղեկատվության ու զրպարտանքի, շատ հաճախ նաև՝ վիրավորանք պարունակող գրագրության տարածումը:

Ես պատրաստ եմ լսել ցանկացած օբյեկտիվ քննադատություն իմ կամ թիմիս գործունեության նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև ականջալուր եմ առողջ քննադատությունից բխող՝ ցանկացած կառուցողական առաջարկի, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ մանիպուլյացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների և/կամ սեփական կամ այլ ծախու լրատվական ռեսուրսների կիրառմամբ իմ դեմ ուղղված արշավներին ես շարունակելու եմ խստագույնս հակադրել ՀՀ օրենսդրությունն ու իրավական այն ակտերը, որոնցով պաշտպանված է ՀՀ ցանկացած ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻ:

Կոտայքում բարեփոխումներն անկասելի՛ են, իսկ այդ բարեփոխումների ֆոնին ամենակարճ ժամկետներում հասնելու ենք կյանքի որակի էական աճին ու ՀՀ Քաղաքացու համար Կոտայքում արժանապատիվ կյանք կառուցելու համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր նախադրյալների կայացմանը»:
