Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը դատարանում ելույթ է ունեցել. դատական նիստը կշարունակվի փետրվարի 4-ին

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցի քննություն այսօր դարձյալ հետաձգվեց։ Գործով դատախազ Վահագն Մուրադյանը լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց, որ պաշտպանական կողմն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացրել է իր բողոքը, ինչից հետո ելույթ է ունեցել նաև Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ մեղադրանքի կողմն առարկել է ներկայացված միջնորդության դեմ։ Աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտով պայմանավորված այսօրվա դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց և նշանակվեց փետրվարի 4-ին։ Հաջորդ դատական նիստին մեղադրանքի կողմը կշարունակի ներկայացնել իր առարկությունները։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Արթուր Մկրտչյանը հունվարի 18-ին բավարարվել էր Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի միջնորդությունը՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու ժամկետը երկարացնելու վերաբերյալ եւ մերժվել՝ պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքն այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց գրավով փոխարինելու մասին: Այս որոշումը պաշտպանական կողմը բողոքարկել էր ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում։ Նշենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն առաջին անգամ կալանավորվել է 2018թ. հուլիսի 27-ին՝ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Վաչե Մարգարյանի որոշմամբ։ Օգոստոսի 13-ին այս որոշումը բեկանել էր Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանը՝ արձանագրելով, որ երկրորդ նախագահն անձեռնմխելի է։ Վճռաբեկ դատարանն էլ գործն ուղարկել էր Վերաքննիչ դատարան՝ նոր քննության։
Քոչարյանը երկրորդ անգամ կալանավորվել է 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանի որոշմամբ։
Երկրորդ նախագահը «Մարտի մեկի» քրեական գործով մեղադրվում է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու համար: Սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու համար մեղադրվում են նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարներ Միքայել Հարությունյանը եւ Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
