Կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող դատավոր Իշխան Բարսեղյանը 1 մլն գրավի դիմաց ազատվել է կալանքից

Կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող դատավոր իշխան Բարսեղյանը 1 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատվել է կալանքից։ Տեղեկությունը NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Բարսեղյանի պաշտպան Վարդուհի Էլբակյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ հունվարի 30–ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը` նախագահությամբ դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանի, որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը և կալանքի տակ գտնվող Իշխան Բարսեղյանի նկատմամբ թույլատրելի ճանաչել գրավը։ 1 մլն դրամ գրավը վճարելուց հետո դատավորն ազատվել է կալանքից։
Նշենք, որ 2018թ. օգոստոսի 6–ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Վաչե Մարգարյանի վճռով Իշխան Բարսեղյանը մեղավոր էր ճանաչվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 311 -րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցանք կատարելու մեջ և դատապարտվեց 7 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Դատարանի այս որոշումը պաշտպանական կողմը բողոքարկել է Վերաքննիչ դատարանում՝ պահանջելով ամբողջությամբ բեկանել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի կայացրած դատավճիռը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Իշխան Բարսեղյանը ձերբակալվել է 2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Արշակունյաց պողոտայի և Գարեգին Նժդեհի փողոցի խաչմերուկի գետնանցումում քաղաքացի Նորիկ Հակոբյանից կաշառք ստանալու պահին՝ ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառման շրջանակներում:
Համաձայն մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Իշխան Բարսեղյանը, 1999 թվականից զբաղեցնելով Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով դատական իշխանության մարմնի ղեկավար աշխատող և մշտապես իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ, Նորիկ Հակոբյանի օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում գործողություններ կատարելու համար նրանից միջնորդի միջոցով պահանջել և անձամբ ստացել է խոշոր չափերով կաշառք:
