«Ռուսական կողմի «նվերը». «Կոմերսանտ»-ը գաղտնազերծել է Հայաստանին 4 նորագույն Սու-30ՍՄ կործանիչ վաճառելու պայմանները

Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ կնքած պայմանագրի շրջանակում 2020թ. կստանա 4 հատ Սու-30ՍՄ (Су-30СМ) բազմաթիրախային կործանիչ: Եվ, ինչպես պարզել է kommersant.ru-ն, գործարքի իրականացման համար ռուս բանակցողները լուրջ զիջումների են գնացել: Նրանք ոչ միայն վարկ են տրամադրել, այլև կործանիչները վաճառել են ներքին ռուսական, այլ ոչ թե արտահանման գներով:
Աղբյուրը նկատում է, որ տվյալ պայմանագիրը կարևոր է և՛ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, և՛ մասնավորապես ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար. տասնամյակների ընթացքում առաջին անգամ երկրի ռազմական օդուժը ձեռք է բերում նոր, այլ ոչ թե օգտագործված ավիատեխնիկա:
Ռուսական ավիացիոն արդյունաբերության ձեռնարկություններից մեկի թոփ մենեջերի խոսքով՝ պայմանագրի պայմանների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանը 2020թ. կստանա 4 հատ նոր Սու-30ՍՄ կործանիչ:
«Գործարքը կատարվում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գծով: Չնայած, որ պայմանագիրը համարվում է առևտրային ու իրականացվում է ռուսական կողմի տրամադրած վարկային միջոցների հաշվին, ՀՀ օդուժի համար կործանիչներից յուրաքանչյուրի գինը չի տարբերվում ՌԴ զինված ուժերի համար սահմանված գնից»,-մանրամասնել է աղբյուրի զրուցակիցը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ռուսական կողմից նման պայմաններն իսկական «նվեր» են:
Զրուցակիցը նաև նշել է, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարման օրոք սա ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ կնքված առաջին գործարքն է:
