Ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ զինված միջադեպի գործով որոշում է կայացվել ևս երեք անձի ձերբակալելու մասին
SOCIETY«Պարտեզ» ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի գործով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն որոշում է կայացրել ևս երեք անձի ձերբակալելու մասին։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի Հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են իրականացվել մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ «Պարտեզ» ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ Աբովյան քաղաքում գործող «Պարտեզ» ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ հունվարի լույս 29-ի գիշերը տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ, եւ ձեռնարկվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ զինված միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Հունվարի 29-ին՝ ժամը 01.30-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել հրազենային վնասվածքներով մի քանի երիտասարդի՝ «Աբովյան» Բ/Կ տեղափոխվելու մասին, որոնցից մեկը մահացած է եղել: Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված երիտասարդները հրազենային վնասվածքները ստացել են նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ։ Հնչած կրակոցների հետեւանքով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել Աբովյանի քաղաքի բնակի Արտաշես Գևորգյանը՝ ծնված 1989թ., ևս 7 անձ ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի խորհրդական Սոնա Տռուզյանը հայտնել էր, որ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում դատավարական կարգավիճակ էր ստացել 6 անձ, որոնցից 5-ը կասկածյալի: Նա նշել էր. «Ձերբակալվածներից մեկին` 1995 թ.-ին ծնված երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4 մասի 1-ին կետով ( խուլիգանություն, որը կատարվել է զենքի կամ որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների գործադրմամբ) և քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացել դիմել դատարան նրան նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ»:
