Վերաքննիչ դատարանում վերսկսվել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանական խմբի ներկայացրած բողոքի քննությունը
SOCIETYՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր վերսկսել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ. «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման մեջ մեղադրվող Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանական խմբի ներկայացրած բողոքի քննությունը:
Նախքան դատական նիստի մեկնարկը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպաններից Արամ Օրբելյանն ասաց, որ դատարանից ակնկալիքները դրական են, որովհետև փաստարկները բավականին ուժեղ են, անգամ՝ անհերքելի:
«Այսօր դեռևս պետք է ներկայացվի բողոքը, ինչպես հայտնել ենք երկու բողոք է բերված, որից մեկն արդեն ներկայացրել են: Պետք է ներկայացնենք նաև երկրորդ բողոքը, ապա պետք է լսենք առարկությունները, որից հետո դատարանը կգնա խորհրդակցական սենյակ: Մեր խնդիրը սեղմ ժամկետում բողոքի քննությունն ավարտվել է, հուսով ենք՝ դատարանը դրական որոշում կկայացնի»,-ասաց Օրբելյանը:
Հարցին, թե Քոչարյանը ներկա՞ է, պաշտպանն ասաց, որ վերջնական չի կարող ասել, սակայն կարծում են, որ ներկա կլինի:
Նախորդ դատական նիստում պաշտպանական խումբը ներկայացրել է վերաքննիչ բողոքը ինչից հետո մեղադրանքի կողմը դատարանին խնդրել է ժամանակ տրամադրել՝ ծավալուն բողոքին ծանոթանալու և փաստարկներ ներկայացնելու համար:
Նշենք նաև, որ հիշյալ բողոքի քննությունը ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանին է մակագրվել էլեկտրոնային եղանակով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի՝ 18.01.2019 թ․ որոշմամբ, բավարարվել է Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի միջնորդությունը՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու ժամկետը երկարացնելու վերաբերյալ և մերժվել՝ պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքն այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց գրավով փոխարինելու մասին:
