Իսկ հասարակության մոտ ամեն ինչ նույնն է
ANALYSISԻշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հաճախ զարմանում են, որ իրենց հասցեին հնչում են տարաբնույթ քննադատություններ այս կամ այն հարցով: Զարմանում են՝ վկայակոչելով մի կողմից իրենց հավաքած տոկոսներն ընտրության ժամանակ, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ որ իրենք որևէ արտասովոր բան չեն անում: Իրենք էլ սովորականի և նախորդների պես ունեն երկու աչք, մեծ քիթ, իրենց էլ է հատկացված ծառայողական մեքենա, արարողակարգի պատասխանատու, իրենք էլ կարող են իրենց թույլ տալ անձամբ չհագնել սեփական վերարկուն՝ դա վստահելով արարողակարգի նշված պատասխանատուին: Ի վերջո, իրենք էլ են մարդ, իրենք էլ ունեն ծննդյան օր և այդ օրը կարող են նշել:
Առաջին հայացքից իսկապես զարմանալու բան կա ու չկա քննադատության բան: Բայց այս տեմպերով բանը կարող է հասնել նրան, որ զարմանքն ու զայրույթը վերածվեն նեղացածության: Ընդ որում, միշտ չէ, որ միայն հասարակությունն է նեղանում իշխանությունից, վերջինս ևս ունի իր հասարակությունից նեղանալու հատկություն: Խնդիրը, սակայն, ոչ այնքան քննադատության առիթներ որսացողներն ու դրանք տեղեկատվական ճակատամարտի վերածողներն են, այլ իշխանության կողմից սեփական դիրքի, կարգավիճակի և քաղաքական կոնտեքստի սխալ ընկալումը: Խնդիրն էլ հենց այն է, որ ո՛չ իշխանությունն է սովորական, ո՛չ իրավիճակը, ո՛չ հասարակության սպասելիքները: Ընդ որում, այդ ոչ սովորական վիճակի թելադրողը հենց իշխանությունն է եղել թե՛ հեղափոխությունից առաջ, թե՛ իշխանության գալուց հետո: Իշխանությունը թելադրել է արտահերթ ու անսովոր ռիթմ, բայց այժմ չի կարողանում հարմարվել այդ ռիթմին: Իշխանությունն է սահմանել բարոյական ու գեղագիտական չափանիշների մի մեծ փաթեթ, դա դարձրել է քաղաքական պրոցեսների անբաժան մաս և հիմա նեղսրտում է, որ այդ փաթեթի չափանիշները իր դեմ են օգտագործվում, կարևոր չէ՝ անաչառ, թե կանխակալ մոտիվացիաներով:
Ու քանի դեռ այս սովորականության կոմֆորտ միջավայրից իշխանությունը դուրս չի եկել, հասարակությունը շարունակելու է ուշադիր լինել ամենամանր դետալների հանդեպ: Որովհետև իրեն այդպես են սովորեցրել հասկանալ քաղաքականությունը, այդպես են բացատրել հեղափոխության իմաստը: Ու եթե իշխանության մոտ փոխվել է կենցաղն ու առօրյան՝ պայմանավորված պաշտոնական կարգավիճակով, ապա հասարակության մոտ կենցաղն էլ, առօրյան էլ, սպասելիքներն էլ նույնն են մնացել:
