Մանվել Գրիգորյանի մեքենային հարվածելիս ինչո՞ւ ոստիկանը չի արձագանքել. Ոստիկանության պարզաբանումը
VIDEOՑանկացած իրավախախտում, որ ի հայտ է բերվում, ոստիկանության կողմից պարտադիր համարժեք արձագանք լինում է: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունվարի 30-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Ոստիկանության շտաբի պետ Արմեն Ղուկասյանը՝ անդրադառնալով լրագրողների դիտարկմանը, որ գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբաններն ահազանգել էին, որ նրա մեքենային հարվածելու ժամանակ այդտեղ ոստիկան է եղել եւ չի արձագանքել:
«Իհարկե, հնարավոր է, որ ոստիկան է եղել ներկա եւ այդպիսի գործողություն են թույլ տվել: Եթե ոստիկանը չի արձագանքել, ապա նա ենթարկվել է համապատասխան կարգապահական պատասխանատվության: Եթե այդ դեպքը լուսաբանվել է լրատվամիջոցներով, ապա ոստիկանությունն անպայման արձագանքել է եւ այդ արձագանքը չի ուշացել՝ անկախ նրանից, թե որ ցույցի ժամանակ է դա տեղի ունեցել»,-ասաց նա:
Նույն խնդրին արժանացավ նաեւ Ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի եւ լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը՝ նշելով. «Երբեմն որոշ անհատներ սոցցանցերում պահանջում են ոստիկաններից լինել ավելի կոշտ, համապատասխան գործողությունների դիմել, բայց եկեք ընդունենք, որ ոստիկանը իր ցանկացած գործողություն պետք է անի օրենքի սահմաններում: Կոնկրետ արարքը կոնկրետ իրավիճակում կոնկրետ գործողություն է պահանջում:
Շատ հաճախ սիրողական մակարդակով գնահատականներ են հնչեցվում, որ պետք է բռնեին, տանեին, այդպես չէ: Ցանկացած ահազանգ ոստիկանությունում քննության առարկա դառնում է: Այդ առումով մենք շնորհակալ ենք, որ խնդիրներ են բարձրացնում: Բայց լինում են դեպքեր, երբ օգտատերը առանց որոշակի գիտելիքների պահանջում է ոստիկանից ավելին, քան օրենքը նրան թույլ է տալիս»:
