SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում հունվարի 25-ին Աշտարակ բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղի ոստիկանություն ստացած ահազանգի փաստով:

Այդ օրը, ժամը 15:30-ին հաղորդվել էր, որ «դեմքի, զույգ վերին վերջույթների, կրծքավանդակի առաջնային մակերեսի, ձախ ազդրի առաջնային մակերեսի թերմիկ այրվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագի Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, ովքեր պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 37-ամյա Ա. Կ.-ն է, ով ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, թե վնասվածքը ստացել է բակում. անվադող այրելիս՝ գլխապտույտ է ունեցել և ընկել այրվող անիվի վրա: Մինչ բժիշկները իրենց գործողությունները կկատարեին, Աշտարակի ոստիկանները, ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ օպարատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, պարզել են, որ Ա. Կ.-ի հայտնածը սուտ է:

Իրականում այդ օրը, ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում նա գողություն կատարելու նպատակով Աշտարակ քաղաքի վերջնամասում գտնվող ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամաս տանող ճանապարհի աջակողմյան հատվածում գտնվող կիսակառույց շինությունից պտոտուկահանի միջոցով տեղահան անելով՝ այնտեղից դուրս է բերել մետաղական արկղ՝ իր մալուխներով, ապա գունավոր մետաղներ գողանալու նպատակով մուտք է գործել նույն շինության ներսում տեղադրված էլեկտրաենթակայան և, չիմանալով, որ այնտեղ բարձր լարման հոսանք կա, կպել է շինային, ինչի հետևանքով էլ այրվել է ու ստացել նշված վնասվածքները:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ հունվարի 28-ին, Ա. Կ.-ն հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում հետաքննիչ Համբարձումյանի մոտ տվել է խոստովանական բացատրութուն:
