Մեզ անհանգստացնում են Ադրբեջանի լավատեսական հայտարարությունները. Այստեղ 2 տարբերակ կա. Ռուստամյան
VIDEOՄեզ ստիպում է անհանգստանալ այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանը շատ լավատեսական հայտարարություններ է կատարում առ այն, որ 2019-ին շատ մոտ են համաձայնության կնքմանը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 29-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է ՀՅԴ նորընտիր Բյուրոյի նախագահ Արմեն Ռուստամյանը:
«Այսինքն մենք գիտենք՝ Ադրբեջանին ինչ պետք է բավարարի, որ իրենք գնան համաձայնության: Մեզ համար շատ հստակ է եղել այն կարմիր գիծը, որը մինչեւ հիմա բոլոր իշխանությունների հետ երբ ունեցել ենք որեւէ հարաբերություն, փորձել ենք այդ իշխանությունների ձեռքով այդ կարմիր գիծը քաշել: Վերջին հայտարարությունը, որ եղել է իշխանությունների կողմից, այն էր, որ չի կարող լինել որեւէ զիջում հայաստանի կամ Արցախի կողմից, քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանը չի ճանաչել Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը»,-ասաց Ռուստամյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, եթե այսօր Ադրբեջանը չի պատրաստվում ճանաչել Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը, բայց խոսվում է ինչ-որ համաձայնության հնարավորության մասին, այն էլ շատ մոտ են տեսակետները, այստեղ ուրիշ բան չի մնում մտածել, քան այն, որ կամ զիջում ենք այն պլատֆորմից, այն հանձնառությունից, որը Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդն է արձանագրել իր Սահմանադրության 175 հոդվածով, կամ պատերազմական վիճակ պետք է լինի. ուրիշ տարբերակ չկա:
«Այստեղ երկու տարբերակ կա, կամ Ադրբեջանը համոզվում է, որ եթե պատերազմ սկսեց, ոչ թե 20 տոկոս կկորցնի, այլ ավելի շատ ու դրա համար չի հարձակվի, եւ սա է եղել հիմնական զսպողը, կամ մենք հանձնվում ենք, որ պատերազմն ավարտվի:
Եթե ուզում ենք արժանապատիվ այս իրավիճակից ելնենք, պետք է ցույց տանք Ադրբեջանին, որ եթե ինքը նոր պատերազմ սկսի, այդ պատերազմն ի օգուտ իրեն չի ավարտվելու. Ամբողջ հայությունը՝ Արցախ, Հայաստան, Սփյուռք, այդ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի պաշտպանն է լինելու»,-ընդգծեց Ռուստամյանը:
