ECONOMICSԵվրասիական միության միասնական արժույթի ներդրման մասին խոսքը չկա, բայց ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է միասնական բանկային շուկայի ստեղծման հարցը: Այս մասին հունվարի 28-ին հայտարարել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Ինտեգրման եւ մակրոտնտեսության Կոլեգիայի (նախարար) անդամ Տատյանա Վալովայան` ամփոփելով 2018 թվականի արդյունքները:
Նա պարզաբանել է, որ ԵՏՄ-ի մասին համաձայնագրում հստակորեն ամրագրված է միասնական ֆինանսական շուկայի նպատակը: Այն կայանում է նրանում, որ, օրինակ, Հայաստանում գրանցված բանկը կարող է վարկեր տրամադրել չորս այլ երկրներում:Ընդ որում, բանկային լիցենզիան բավարար է միայն իր երկրում ստանալը, եւ ոչ բոլոր հինգ երկրներում: Նույնը վերաբերում է նաեւ այլ ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններին, ինչպիսիք են՝ ապահովագրական ընկերությունները եւ ներդրումային ֆոնդերը: «Բայց որպեսզի գանք դրան, պետք է բոլոր հինգ երկրներում հավասարապես կարգավորել բանկերի աշխատանքը: Անհրաժեշտ է պատրաստել նույն մակարդակով կադրեր: Վերջապես, անհրաժեշտ է զարգացնել միասնական ընթացակարգեր՝ սնանկացման եւ դեֆոլտների դեպքում: Մեր Կենտրոնական բանկերը քննարկում են, թե ինչպես կարելի է այս ամենը համաձայնեցնելով ստեղծել մինչեւ 2025 թվականը», - պարզաբանել է Վալովայան:
Այնուամենայնիվ, նա նշել է, որ համաձայնեցված բանկային քաղաքականությանը կօգնի մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականությունը, քանի որ կենտրոնական բանկերի հիմնական դրույքները ու առեւտրային բանկերի տոկոսադրույքները կախված են ինֆլյացիայից: Հետեւաբար, անհրաժեշտ է ներառել նաեւ գնաճի վերահսկման քաղաքականությունը, որին եկել է միության հանրապետությունների մեծամասնությունը:
