Անգամ կադրային և հմուտ դիվանագետի մոտ այլևս չի ստացվում «սվաղել» և «սղցնել» հասարակության մոտ առկա մտահոգությունները:

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի մեկնաբանություններին Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ:

«Վիեննայի, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածություններից չենք հրաժարվել, ավելացել է Դուշանբեն, ասում է ԱԳ նախարարը: Սակայն փաստ է, որ Հայաստանում իշխանափոխությունից հետո Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների և ոչ մի հայտարարություն չի հիշատակում և պարտադրում այդ կարևորագույն պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումը: Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո այս պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործումը մեր ջանքերով և համանախագահների համաձայնությամբ դիտվել է բանակցային գործընթացի կարևորագույն բաղադրիչ:

Ադրբեջանական կողմի ջանքերով և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանցավոր կարճատեսությամբ Դուշանբեի վերելակային պայմանավորվածությունը դարձավ բանակցային գործընթացի հենակետ, որը կարող է ցանկացած պահի փլուզվել:

Մեր օրոք ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները վստահության մթնոլորտի և միջազգային վերահսկողության ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքեր էին ստեղծում և քաղաքական առումով պարտադիր էին դարձել, ի տարբերություն Դուշանբեի:

Նախարարը ասում է նաև, որ Արցախին բանակցային կողմ դարձնելը պրակտիկ խնդիր է: Տղերք, ո՞ւմ և ինչի՞ տեղ եք դրել: Արցախը վաղուց պրակտիկ առումով ներգրավված է եղել բանակցային գործընթացի մեջ. ԵԱՀԿ համանախագահները և անձնական հանձնակատարը մշտապես այցելել են Ստեփանակերտ, հանդիպել են Արցախի ղեկավարության հետ, մենք հետևողականորեն հայտարարել ենք, որ առանց Արցախի ժողովրդի համաձայնության հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորում լինել չի կարող:

Տղե՛րք, Արցախի պրակտիկ ներգրավման հարցը վաղուց է լուծված: Ձեր վարչապետն էր, կուրծք ծեծելով, խոստանում խնդրի քաղաքական լուծում՝ Արցախի վերադարձ բանակցային սեղանին: Փառք ու պատիվ կլիներ ձեզ, եթե կարողանայիք լուծել այս հարցը, բայց հայ հասարակությանը երկարականջ չորքոտանու տեղ մի՛ դրեք: Ժողովրդին ուղիղ ասե՛ք, որ հերթական դատարկ խոստումն էիք տալիս ու տապալել եք նաև այս հարցը:
