սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ մեր ազգային հպարտությունը համարվող Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 27-ամյակի առթիվ:

Զինված ուժերը կարճ ժամանակում անցնելով ծանր փորձություններով լի բարդ շրջափուլ, անկախությունից հետո դարձավ մեր առաջնային ձեռքբերումը, մեր անկախության գլխավոր երաշխավորն ու պետականության հիմքը, հպարտությունը: Պետք է գիտակցենք, որ հողը, որի վրա կանգնած ենք, որի վրա ծնվում ու ապրում են մեր սերունդները՝ Հայոց բանակի քաջ զինվորների շնորհիվ է ամուր:

Հարգելի՛ զինվորականներ.

ձեր հերոսության, ձեր անձնվեր ծառայության շնորհիվ մենք այսօր ունենք հզոր բանակ, որն այս աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակում անսասան է պահում մեր դիրքերը, մեր պետության սահմանները: Երախտապարտ ենք ձեզ՝ ձեր անձնվեր ծառայության, հայրենասիրության և ցուցաբերած կամքի համար:

Հուսով եմ, որ մեր Արցախյան հաղթանակը կամրապնդվի նաև քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական դաշտում: 

Մաղթում եմ, որ այլևս երբեք առիթ չունենաք ձեր զենքն ու ուժը ցուցադրելու: Թող խաղաղությունը հաստատվի մեր հայրենիքում և յուրաքանչյուր զինվոր փառքով վերադառնա իր տունն ու շենացնի այն:

Փառք ու պատիվ ձեզ՝ մեր հերոսներ, հայրենիքի ազատության համար կյանքը չխնայած նահատակներ:
