Ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ քննարկվել է Արցախը բանակցային կողմ դարձնելու հարցը. ԱԳ նախարար
POLITICSԱրցախին բանակցային կողմ դարձնելը մեզ համար պրագմատիկ խնդիր է: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, «Եռաբլուր» պանթեոնում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ այդ հարցը քննարկվել է նաեւ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ:
«Դա հետեւողական աշխատանք է, նաեւ պրակտիկ կիրառական հարց է: Եթե ամեն բան միանգամից չի լինում, դա չի նշանակում, որ մոռացանք, անցանք։ Սա մեր համար շատ կոնկրետ պրակտիկ խնդիր է, որպեսզի ավելի գործնական եւ իրատեսական լինի բանակցային գործընթացում պրոգրեսը»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանական կողմի հայտարությանը, թե հայկական կողմի հետ որոշակի փոխըմբռնում կա, Մնացականյանը պատասխանեց. «Փոխըմբռնում է այնքանով, որ վստահ եմ, որ հասկանալի է այն, թե ինչ մոտեցումներով է Հայաստանը մոտենում: Մենք երկխոսության մեջ հասկանալի ենք դարձնում, թե ինչ նկատի ունենք»,-ասաց ԱԳ նախարարը:
«Այս բոլորը հարցերը, բնական է, որ քննարկման առարկա են, մյուս կողմն էլ ունի իր դիրքորոշումը. 20 տարի ձեւավորված է եղել մեկ ձեւաչափ, որ բանակցությունները տեղի են ունեցել հայտնի ձեւավորված շրջանակի մեջ, եւ այն, ինչ վարչապետն ասում է, մեզ համար կարեւոր է պրակտիկ առումով, որ Ղարաբաղը պետք է հանդես գա հարցի քննարկմանը»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Ըստ Մնացականյանի՝ ՀՀ վարչապետը ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը եւ ընտրված է ՀՀ ժողովրդի կողմից, իսկ ԼՂ իշխանություններն ընտրված են Արցախի Հանրապետության կողմից: «Մենք, վստահաբար, չենք կարող բոլոր պարտավորությունները վերցնել՝ առանց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, չենք կարող: Սա պրակտիկ խնդիր է եւ բանակցության արդյունավետության համար է: Մենք ասեցինք եւ բոլորն ասացին՝ այո, բայց դեռեւս չէ, իսկ բանակցություններից հարցը դուրս եկա՞վ՝ ոչ»,-ասաց նա:
